If I may suggest a scenario it takes place sometime after the last 3 from your first Factory AU where we are puking our own colors, RF Wally is checking on us/assistant and sees a worker enter the room we're in with a big syringe filled with a mystery substance that is a mixture of mild bleach and remains of grid up grayscale puppets which made it undetectable because we puke it up, Wally stops worker before they can give us the fatal dose in our weaken state. The reason worker did this is that they were jealous of us and our work relationship with Wally. Piss off at worker, Wally uses syringe on them as an experiment to see what the substance does to a healthy person. We make a full recovery.
A nice mix of RF Wally protecting us Wholesomely, but killing another worker as an experiment, with a high manner of cruelty, really Interesting, I like it~
