- Island dads rate each other’s Oka (Raw Fish) dishes. Ramsey, No'o, Linley, and Derrick sit down to taste test which of them has made the best dish. Each of the dads had the chance to whip up their raw fish masterpiece. Each of their dishes are critiqued by the other dads and given a score out of 10. Scores are added up to see which dad makes the Oka.
"Kings of the Kitchen" is a dad's showdown to see who can make the best island dishes.

Our Cook Island Papa is very generous with his scores.
hes just happy to eat hahaha
True haha
As a viewer, he would be the one I’d like to hangout and share food/drinks with. Just looks like a wonderful being to be around.
Viewing from Sac, Ca
The one opportunity to put us cook islanders on the map and papa no'o let us down, but at least he showed how giving and kind we are
Traditional raw fish include plenty of coconut milk, lemon, onion tomatoes and whole lot of love 😍
"Are we comparing soups?" Linley chose violence that day. MALIEEE TONGAAA!! Btw your 'Ota was so far from the traditional Tongan way of cooking it - vinegar? Hooooiiii Our ancestors be rolling over in their graves.
Love no'o he loves everyones
“Do you smell what the papas are cooking” 😂
😂”Oh wow. Its a big plate for such a small amount of fish” 😂
I LOVE THIS!! I’m Samoan & I feel like a Dad’s oka is equivalent to a Mom’s sapa sui. They always think theirs is the best & IT BE GETTIN REAL😂. I compare other ppls oka & sapa sui to my dad’s oka & my grandma’s sapa sui. Lol. If it don’t come close or taste better, I politely add it to one of the Antys to-go plates they made before everyone else was served🤣
Any oka is good especially the free ones
Samoan oka is just built different
Do Tongans and Cook islanders not like Coconut milk in their Oka? Also... not to be biased... but I also prefer Samoan ota and luau/palusami than other PI countries... they always seem to be stingy on the coconut milk imo
lol big plate for a small amount of fish is probably what we islanders say when you go to a flash restaurant the price don’t match the portion 😂😂
Aww papa Noo you let the Cook Islands down 😂
I'm proud to say my Dad makes the absolute best ❤️
The only inconsistency here is the different plating presentation 😂
Best to eat raw fish on the bone wth coconut cream n bit of lemon n taro, stuff the vegetables that’s too fancy😂. Thats how we eat it in the Cook Islands from Mangaia
Needed a Fijian up in there. They got the best raw fish.
Nah they got the best curry Samoa got the raw fish💯
Should get other people that aren't accustomed to Island raw fish to be judges, so it's not bias when those who are judging as more often than not, we have an expectation, again a certain bias view. As we all know, everybody wants to rule Supreme when it comes to Raw Fish.
I love the way I make ika ika lick fish
The men are more nicer lol legit most of ate it all. Doesn’t matter how make it as long it’s edible and won’t kill anyone 🙌🏾
