Almost everyone claims to know this, but almost no amateurs actually do it. Admittedly, it's hard to re-train your muscle memory when coming over the top is ingrained, but if you go to a public golf course, at least 95% of the players are coming right over the top on EVERY swing. They're lined up 30 degrees too far left to compensate for their slice, which also just exacerbates coming over the top. I worked as a PGA club pro for a while in my 20s, and it was almost impossible to retrain most students from doing this. It requires more practice than most people are willing to put in. They just want to hear "the right tip", but there's no tip that can override 10 years of doing it wrong in 5 mins.
I'm pretty sure this is a man named Jimmy Hanlin. If it's him, he's part of a golf course ownership group here in NE Ohio. He also has hosted a local golf show on 'Sports Time Ohio' for many years now, and he's ALWAYS had hottie sidekicks on air with him; even Natalie Gullbus. Local rumors are that he's had affairs with more than one of them.
It's okay... most of his stuff is a bit off the mark... but he's got passion and hopefully getting people interested in the game. And... his crazy colored pants he likes to wear makes him easy to follow.... 🙂

Crap instruction and bad drill. If anything, the tee needs to be under blondie’s heel, you don’t want her moving weight to her left toe in transition, all that will cause is a hip thrust at the ball.
