She is used to it I assume. After a month of doing this it gets effortless and I assume that's why that Le Sserafim workout exists. (100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Burpees, 20 Jump Squats, 3 Minute walkout, 20 Up-and-downs, 75 Crunches.)
@@Ren_Ysidroactually the workout was something like 100 jumping Jack's, 100 burpees, 3 minute plank crawl, 20 plank twists, 10 up and downs, 100 side workouts, 100 core workouts. And for the burpee and jumping jack part o think they do that twice in a day.
Keep in mind that ab exercises don’t give you the abs, because it’s primarily diet. If your stomach is already with a very low amount of body fat then exercises will help with definition of the muscles.

I do this and 2 other workouts to lose weight,not for abs definition,but I always skip the side plank as it is very hard for me (I do kazuha workout as an extra one )and it's not obligatory
Doing this for seven days Day 1:nothing changed yet but pretty hard Day 2:lost 1kg i was 51 now 50 Day 3:same weight Day 4:starting to see results Day 5:same exept lost 1kg now 49.6 Day 6:saw some pecks of abs showing Day 7:now im 47kg and have a nice structured abs i highly recomend very happy with my results!
To everyone looking at this comment, it’s not possible to lose even 1 pound in a day, let alone a kg.. it’s either water weight or this person is having fun lying to the internet and insecure children.

Hare los ejercicios y ya les dire mis resultados (actualizo todos los dias) 1er dia: esta buena la rutina, obviamente duele mucho la cintura y el abdomen, pero yo ya tengo mas consistencia, debido a que soy jugadora de voleibol y ya se imaginaran, al igual que hago mas rutinas pero aprovechando las vacaciones haremos un pequeño glow up 🤧🤧🤧 2do día: la verdad me quedo asombrada con lo rápido que es, no es muy notorio pero si hay cambio, PERO, estoy haciendo 2 rutinas al día o hasta 3: -la rutina de kazuha (está) -la rutina de Daisy keech -cardio (a veces, 3 o 4 días a la semana) 3er día: la verdad me compare con el 1er día y si hay cambios pequeños por la parte de la espalda (les recuerdo que también hago otras rutinas, no solo está, pero si ayuda, solo que yo quiero mí glow up un poco más rápido) 4-12 dia: no actualice debido a que no me puse a chcar mis cambios cada después de cada rutina, les recomiendo que esperen 1 semana y cada semana pueden ver cambios (se los aseguro) yo descanse 4 dias de estos ejercicios seguidos porque ya estaba cansada después de 4 meses seguidos de cardio hiit (descansando 2 dias a la semana claro) y tome ese pequeño descanso, creanme que después de esos dias, en 3 dias mi metabolismo se volvio algo mas rapido, mi abdomen cada vez se encoje mas, se los super recomiendo, recuerden ser constantes 🤧🤧

I'm going to start being super strict with what I eat and do heavy exercise and dance on February 5th (I'll be free in the afternoon, I study in the morning)
I just tried it and it is NOT nearly as easy as she makes it look.. I was struggling so bad. 😭 But I'm going to do this exercise every day for two weeks. I'll update my results here daily: Day one: really hard, no results so far. Day two: slightly easier, but still really difficult. No visual differences, but I can feel my muscles working. Day Three: really freaking hard.. again no visual changes, but it is likely i'm losing a bit of weight though I haven't been checking. Day Four: I was so busy that I couldn't get to it :( I had work all day and then a family dinner. Still haven't seen any results. Edit: because of my busy schedule I will need to do this challenge another time. I apologize. Should you try it, I wish you the best of luck!
it’s funny how people think this will actually give you abs. to have your abs become visible, the main thing you need to focus on is cardio. running or walking is perfect. doing this will remove body fat and make your abs visible. you simply can’t target belly fat, you’re just going to have to do cardio to remove fat.
I'm doing both Le serrafim and Kazuha's workouts at the same time, I'll try to keep y'all updated for a week : Day 1 : I had to remove a few core planks because my abs are hurting me so bad, nothing's changing yet (which is normal) Day 2 : The burpees seemed easier at first, but I fainted twice afterwards, so I had to remove a few reps from each exercise, because I nearly fainted again. Other than that, I can feel that my abs are slightly more toned. Day 3 : Soo much easier :D. I was able to take less breaks and do more reps ! I also started to lose a bit of weight, and my stomach is starting to be flatter :) Day 4 : Happy new year everyone! Since it was New year's Eve, it was just a rest day for me Day 5 : Went smoothly, and I have less bloating too ! My waist is also quite snatched
eat low calorie foods if you can and if you cant then there are many companies that you pay that brings you low calorie foods of your choice until you get the weight you want and make sure you do this exercise every day
