I just finished making one but I used a treble stitch and a thinner yarn. I absolutely love it and it’s my first ever crochet so I’m excited to make some more stuff but I think yours is deff still amazing even with a thicker yarn
I feel like that yarn's width looks fine but I woulda made it to where the top coverage sat right under the boob area so it actually looks like a top cuz this specific look looks odd but hey whatever rocks your boat
yes! i might start mine tomorrow...and im kindaa of a beginner? but ik i xan do this😈🙏it might take me a week tho..i saw this tutorial and this girl said it takes her TWO hours ..like so wayy😭🤣
I tried crocheting my first piece of clothing and it was a shrug It took me really long for some reason The finish product really disappointed me. The yarn was too thick and it was too tight between my chest it's really uncomfortable I'm still trying to convince myself that it's my first piece of clothing and its just practice but the time and yarn it took is not helping😭😭
I love making these, I add more rows in the back so it doesn’t look like I’m hunching so bad lmao, but I definitely recommend thinner yarn, helps if you like that less bulky look
@@flywithme5689 I'm also curious about this because I just made a shrug with a similar pattern to this and I did it right it just looks so bad in the back, bc it scrunches up and makes it looks like I'm slouching. I added 2 rows to the back by just continuing the rows back there idk how else to explain it but it looks a little like a mini cape back there if that even makes sense. I still am not happy with how it looks
Hi, 🤗, I like your Shrug + Your Body reminds me of a Woman's Olympic Soccer player.⚽. That is just sooo 🆒 to me. I'm a Mother & Grandma 63 yrs young/old. 😉👍👍👍. Blessings go out to you. Stay Safe, too. 👋🙏.🙂. Sincerely, Elsa R. From out in California
Okay do I just finished making it but the neck hole fits only half my head and I did more chains than the one I was supposed to so I really don’t want to repeat another one is there any way at all that helps the neck hole be bigger or stretch out more?
You can give a tutorial but you don't I know many videos can see just how to question but you know everyone can give a beginner tutorial and not that much help video so I think you can give as

I'm making one right now with some bamboo yarn and it is SO SOFT
How much yarn is needed for something like this?
@@dongsicheng170 not to much you could probably get it done with one large sized spool and still have quite a bit left over
@@connersoto3034skein* is for yarn
And when you finish the one with thinner yarn you can use the thicker one for autumn and the thinner one for late spring early summer
Girlie I made mine too tight, my armpits are getting destroyed
Would be cute layering for fall since this one is chunkier!
i also made this as my first crochet project. its green and its perfect wearing it over long sleeve turtlenecks :3
that's a really interesting combination! I've seen boleros styled mostly with short-sleeved garments so this seems cool!
I just realised that this video is what got me to start learning crochet and i'm so thankful to you because i've never been happier ❤
Beautiful job!
That would look really cute as a bathing suit cover-up as well
I’ve made two of these, one was over a year ago and I finished one today!! The algorithm knows
This video is what got me into crocheting shrugs
I also finished a shrug! But mines a spiderweb shrug
It's really CUTEEEEEEE
🥰😘muy lindo tejido 💃🥳🎉🎊👍🥰💋

You could always add it anyways if you wanted to, and I'm saying this in general for anyone that's new to crocheting😊😅
GIRL WDYM YOU DONT LIKE IT?? ITS SO PRETTY!! I COULD NEVER DO THAT- (tutorial please :>)
looks so cute! just remember to weave in your ends!
I feel like one sleeve is longer than the other 😅 but it's very cute
WHEN U SAID WAIT MY ALRM WENT ON
Omg super dope ❤ I just got back into crocheting, and once I get really good, I'm going to make pieces like this!
Tutorial for this please 😭
I like it , perfect.
I need to learn how to crochet I want a shrug and a skirt, but I’m curvy I wear a bigger size so it might take way longer to make something
I think l need to do this. my next project.

Me when i crochet the same shrug and post a video on my channel and get no views no likes and no comments😢
Tutorial 🥺❤pls
Very cuuuuuuuute😊
I also did one with 5 mm because I had extra yarn, and I am gonna make another with way smaller yarn
Would love to make one of these after I finished my current project! Does anyone have any tips for this?
Because the yarn is thicker I think it would look better as a (maybe cropped) sweater
Off topic but how do you get smooth armpits like that😭 I struggle with this
Laser hair removal surgery 😭
How you could put our hair up with a clip is tie it with a pony tail the put it up with a claw clip

When you add more rows in the back how do you attach them to the sleeves so it doesn't look weird?

Did you follow a pattern from a store or online or free styled this? I love it. I wanna make one.
I was crying after noticing how bad I am at crocheting😕
But it looks great
block it!! use a steamer or submerge it in water, dry it a bit, and then pin it in place on some cardboard. it'll be more flowy and less stiff & boxy.
Can u make one that's not a crop and I would buy it for whatever price
I want to buy something like this but it's not available anywhere :( I want to make it now but no idea how to lol

I did this but I ran out of yarn now it's half sleeve😭😭😭😭
The way I try to make a shrug and I failed on the sleeves so now I just have a half finish shrug in my drawer😔
I made one too but it looks awful 😭
Cute
how cyute. I'd like to learn crochet

Im so confused, what does a row look like?
How much yarn did you need?
Quick question, can i make the holes bigger like instead of taking 3 or 4 could i take 6 or 7 for each hole?
You can tell with the spin around and looking at the back that you look uncomfortable in it and like it’s too thick
Is there any way i can make the holes smaller for a warmer sweater or do i just use a thicker yarn using the same pattern
Cute! Tutorial?
Tutorial???
I want tutorial please
Do u have a pattern??
I made it but my sleeves are too tight
Tutorial??
try blocking it! It might lay more nicely
What stitch is this??
