She is such a a good dog. You know that hurts her with her hair being so matted. Yet she stands there and let you cut her hair. I am happy those dogs have you and Sonia there to help them. You are a blessing.

When the owner lets his dog remain in this condition, he def will not spent money for a vet visit!
If the owners are seniors then it may be more difficult for them to care for her and may have a limited income. I've seen far worse cases of neglect. A lot of owners just can't afford skyrocketing veterinary costs. I sure can't.
HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!! Blessings to you both for the work you do for these gorgeous doggies. The owners obviously care for them, sadly can't afford now to cover grooming costs, and maybe also vet costs. Bless you both for picking up the tab for this precious doggie family.
@@cyan1616 When the owners are old and/or poor and cannot pay a vet, they shouldn't have a dog or ask friends, if they can help. Also on this cases, they can ask groomers, if they can groom for free - but in time! When someone has a dog or cat, he has a responsibility for it and treat it as deserved!!! There is no excusion! Also the argument, that you have seen dogs in more worse condition, how does this help a neglected dog?!
@@johanna1268 I’ve definitely seen far worse neglected dogs than this one. ANY neglected dog is inexcusable. It’s painful for a dog to be this badly matted. Did you not see her little nails were twisted up in her hair, that had to hurt badly. I’m thankful they allowed Damjan and Sanja to groom her. I just hope they’ll ask for help to get her ears treated.

She looks so adorable after she was bathed and groomed Damjan. I thought she was very calm and well-behaved most of the time. Sonja, your fingernails look beautiful!! You both are so kind and very gentle with the dogs when you groom and bathe them. They are lucky to be rescued and cared for by you guys. I hope the owner properly treats her ear infections. Now that was a sweet puppy, kissing Sanja and very gentle, great jod!
Our dog gets groomed every 6-8 weeks but if they pluck the ears she gets infections every time. We have to make sure we let the groomer know not to pluck.
My dog got ear infections as well but it was the water getting in her ears. I told my groomer and she was so sorry, gave me a discount and told me she would put cotton in her ears during bath time from then on. An ear infection for my dog was $200, but she never had a problem after 😊

That must have been the easiest doggie to work with!! I can't believe how incredibly tight those mats were on her skin. You are two lovely people and I love your grooming style. You work fast and efficiently and make little pauses for the dogs to destress. Also you are the only groomer who cuts off the big pieces with scissors so that the pull on the skin is not so painful ❤ I absolutely love you ❤ Greetings from South Africa
