If the owners are seniors then it may be more difficult for them to care for her and may have a limited income. I've seen far worse cases of neglect. A lot of owners just can't afford skyrocketing veterinary costs. I sure can't.

Also on this cases, they can ask groomers, if they can groom for free - but in time! When someone has a dog or cat, he has a responsibility for it and treat it as deserved!!! There is no excusion! Also the argument, that you have seen dogs in more worse condition, how does this help a neglected dog?!
@@johanna1268 I’ve definitely seen far worse neglected dogs than this one. ANY neglected dog is inexcusable. It’s painful for a dog to be this badly matted. Did you not see her little nails were twisted up in her hair, that had to hurt badly. I’m thankful they allowed Damjan and Sanja to groom her. I just hope they’ll ask for help to get her ears treated.

That must have been the easiest doggie to work with!! I can't believe how incredibly tight those mats were on her skin. You are two lovely people and I love your grooming style. You work fast and efficiently and make little pauses for the dogs to destress. Also you are the only groomer who cuts off the big pieces with scissors so that the pull on the skin is not so painful ❤ I absolutely love you ❤ Greetings from South Africa
