      My great grandmother was full blood. But I am mixed. I feel this in my soul!! If I'm mixed, am I still indigenous? I'm blue eyed, but one I have is half brown, my skin glows red in the sun, in the presence of The Great Spirit and Birth Mother.. I feel the earth and ancestors in my soul. I want to know my heritage. Any advice my brother?? I am lost

      @@brianevans6423honestly meaning this with no disrespect however I would make sure your lineage is verified, since there are more people who claim a great grandmother Cherokee ancestor then actual Cherokee tribal citizens. Do you know their name? Their clan? What band are they? Are you enrolled, or are a verified descendant (such as having a CDIB)? Etc.

      Indeed , the Americas disappointed me as I have matured and educated my soul and spirit. Too many sacrifices,injustices, and thrives, and " they" dare ask why why our lands and people are for generations angry, depressed, still living in poverty.
      How dare "they" !!

      I’m Scandinavian and for some reason I can’t help but notice the similarities between ancient Celtic/Nordic cultures have with native tribes. The picts and the Briton’s and angles and the saxons and the Danes and the Norse all ancient peoples with similar roots. Never forget that it wasn’t Columbus who discovered America, it a Norwegian man named Leif Erickson. Over 1000 years before Columbus. Look at Stonehenge and other places like that. Serpent mound in America and Cahokia a major city over 5,000 years Native American tribes were extremely proficient hunters craftsmen and traders, most got along well with Norse although of course there was some raiding and fighting from both sides. I believe we are all a lot more similar than anyone knows and that’s what keeps us all divided.

    Je ne n'oublierais jamais, car depuis mes 6 ans, j étais déjà proche de la nature et du peuple indien.
    Alors MERCI à vous, pour vos chants mélodieux.

      I'm from the Enoch Cree Nation and although some white people were evil, they brought the Word of God to our shores which was His intention before the end times, that all tribes, races and tongues have a chance to hear the gospel. We can't blame one race for evil peoples actions and there are evil people among every color. It was meant to happen and we as a racial group passed the test of power and the test of meekness. Thats why we were one of the last lands on earth to be discovered, we had all those thousands of years by ourselves and with our Creator, then He brought knowledge of Jesus since we were separated by land before He came and didn't hear the news of His coming.

    • @ivandrago1133
      @ivandrago1133 2 года назад

      You do realize that the tribes we constantly at war, took slaves and some even practiced cannibalism (Iroquois) well before the Europeans showed up?
      Mayans had festivals where they would sacrifice upwards of 80K people in a matter of days to satiate the gods. These sacrifices were usually slaves that had been captured or slaves that they purchased.
      So, no, these weren’t peace loving and all getting along before the “white man” showed up. Skin color doesn’t make one evil. If it does, you should include yourself because of your bigoted statement. Probably just a woke idiot that has never opened a damn book.

    • @carylemons8203
      @carylemons8203 2 года назад

      @@ivandrago1133 i looked to see if their was canadian pyramids too and human sacrifice, in the canadian shield area there was a tribe that had art that depicted human sacrifice and blood games, that tribe has disappeared just like the bible said. All civilizations who practiced those things have disappeared en masse and their habitat destroyed. The same will happen to the entire world because of abortion which is modern day child sacrifice. But this wasn't the majority of tribes, our people had connection to Creator and He protected us, we weren't conquered by europeans, we mainly adapted to living with them and signed treaties to share the land, helped them fight wars, british, france etc

    • @carylemons8203
      @carylemons8203 2 года назад

      @@ivandrago1133 Government tried to destroy us afterward though through slow decimation but it didn't work and natives in canada are stronger today than ever as a group. Only the protection of God can do that, otherwise we would have been decimated to a greater degree. We don't consider mayans native american they are south american more like mexicans. But there are evil people in every race, evil controlled communities in every region. Natives were no different we are human too. But most of us werent evil , i think our social values (generally) kept us protected spiritually as well as compared to some other regions, races which seem to be predominantly bad in nature and practice, but God will always keep a remnant in every group that is from Him and not evil. So even those bad ones have diamons within. This is the pattern of human nature.

Have been blessed to spend time learning from some tribal elders. There is a group of 13 Indigenous "Grandmothers", (wise elders and prayer warriors) stretching from here all the way to New Zealand A few times had the honor of being in their midst. Can find a lot here on youtube to help with "education".

      Do your research, the reality is far from what we Americans have been taught. These people have been here for 15000 to 20000 years. Genocide, murder, rape, "stealing"of land known as hunting grounds, and yes, slavery, practiced by all tribes from the Arctic Circle to Tierra del Fuego was taking place the entire time yet narrative of all those atrocities doesn't start till European contact. Are we to believe that all of that bullshit is okay if its done by people with the same color skin?

    On my 🎧 the 🥁 beats sounds 🔊 almost like a rave!!! I love this music! 8 yrs ago I watched Peter Pan for the 1st time and I liked the part where the natives are dancing and singing and playing the 🥁. Then I felt a need to search for a Pow Wow video. Watched a northern traditional and grass dance videos and got hooked! Every time I hear the drums I feel goosebumps (but the good kind) and a tingling sensation like I want to dance and shout out loud a pow wow/war cry and when I do, I start kinda like crip walking and it feels so good like if I knew how to dance to this!! 🤔 And I'm not native but it feels so chingon when I heard the beats, specially the ones they call "two starts"!? Kinda like these songs that were played in this video. I don't know if I got the right name. If not, somebody that knows please let me know. 👍🏼 👌🏼
