Really loved your video..Best of all o them!! Great explanation of where to go & not go! I've been tearing my hair out looking for where to stay & this helped !! We're not fond of crowds or tourists ( ha ha We're tourists I guess..but off the beaten track)

@philipparobinson2963 Hi! Thank you for your question. You don't need to worry about supermarkets. They are everywhere, especially in the bigger towns such as Lefkada town and Vasiliki. For bigger supermarkets you need to head to the main roads that usually run just around or along town. You have big local supermarkets, but also Carrefour such as in Lefkada town. If you look on google maps you will see exactly where they are. As for restaurants. We really enjoyed eating at Taverna Oasis, which you can find just before the turn to Porto Katsiki beach. If you like meat then there is a wonderful restaurant in Karya called Pardalo Katsiki. We are vegetarian and they had a couple of options too which where really good. When in Micros Gialos we had the best food in Tarvern Zolithros. Its neighbouring restaurant seems also very nice (the Molos) but we didn't have time to try it out. In Vasiliki we enjoyed eating along the water in town, just like Lefkada town. Hope these suggestions have helped you with planning your trip to Lefkada! Have a great day, Matt and Monico
We really loved sea pebbles at micros Gialos beach. It was right at the beach making it possible to enjoy the beach even more (the morning swims were lovely). We stayed at Avra apartments in Lefkada town, it’s far from town and you will need transportation to town unless you can handle walking in the heat. But we liked that this accommodation had space, a garden etc. We didn’t stay at Agios Nikitas but we saw many cute accommodations in town. They seemed small but you will be enjoying the nearby beaches anyway. As for the other places we stayed at, they were nice and all the owners were extremely friendly but we think there are probably better ones to stay at. Hope we have been of some help! Thanks SO much for our response!! I've finally decided first 2x nights Nikiana ( do the falls)..cut across via Karya ( lunch) toAgios Nikitas..4 nights..then 2 nights San Pedro village down to vassiliki to Agios M..then 4 nights on Meganisi! You helped so much to decide where to go..THANK YOU!
