Mark Lowry wrote the lyrics for this song which is one of the reasons he sings the song with so much heart. Most of his singing was done with the Gaither Vocal Band. He has his own RUclips channel that he goes live on almost daily to sing with his fans if you want to check him out more. He is actually known more for his comedy.

Wellwell, Mimi. That was a speedy delivery 😊. This is a modern Christmas classic from the 90's. Composed by Buddy Greene and lyrics by Mark Lowry himself. There are numerous good covers of it, Kenny Rogers/Wynonna Judd, Pentatonix, Clay Aiken, Ceelo Green and Dolly Parton to name just a few. But this is my favorite of them. It's simple black and white, quite emotionally humble, yet powerful approach to it. And yes, songwriter himself singing with all those seasoned professionals. Mark Lowry is a famous Christian musician and comedian, and Voctave's origins are in "Voices of Liberty" at EPCOT Center, Orlando. The soprano's name is Kate Lott. Thank you! ⛄🎅👍

Mark Lowrey the singer wrote the lyrics to the song. Best version ever. Voctave is pronounced Voc tive. They are an 11 member group and many of them sing or have sung in The Voices of Liberty at Disneyland in Florida. Christmas songs: Joy to the world, O Holy Night, Many others they have about 30 of them. They also have many disney songs, Welcome to their wall of sound. Best acapella group in my opinion.

First time watching your videos; hello! :D The very high soprano is Kate Lott; if you'd like to hear her specifically, I'd recommend their Christmas medley "O Come O Come Emmanuel, The First Noel, I Wonder as I Wander". Kate is the soloist for the last song and it's amazing!

He arranged that version specifically for Mark Lowry. Mr Lowry said that that version is his favorite! Mine too!

Voctave's cover of "Where Are You Christmas" features Ashley Espinoza and her young son Gael and it is awesome (bring a tissue because there will be tears). Other Christmas awesomeness from Voctave includes "O Come All Ye Faithful", "All Is Well" and "The Christmas Song"". They are also incredible on Disney material (most of the members sing at Disneyworld in Orlando). Check out "Disney Princess Medley" and "Disney Showstoppers". Voctave is amazing.
