    Funny that I re-watched the video where this is from yesterday! I would recommend to link the 'original' video in the description for people who haven't seen it, because it's more or less a complete guide to getting into rucking and it for sure helped me a lot!

    Super true. Adding some carbs mid ruck is huge. Not only does it help your energy it is also a morale boost for sure.

    Any advice for staying out of your head with negative self talk? What keeos you going and so disciplined? Aside from this being your entire life lol

    如果有台灣的朋友在看這個影片,我推薦義美小羊羹當負重走/行軍/爬山的快速補充,跟果凍飲大小一樣,重量只有1.5倍,但提供的熱量是3.6倍,而且每塊都有獨立包裝,好分食不沾手。
    唯一的缺點是可能需要配水,但跟美國人愛的skittles或小熊軟糖比起來好很多。

    So at the Bataan Memorial march this year, it was super necessary to hit that three mile mark on intake as well has hydration....the issue.....and its a biggie, is nausea at times and getting your power foods down while at pace or just off pace. Good lord, mile mark 16 and making that strupe waffle down was a real challenge......but 7 min later.....it started the motor again.

    I need to find an actual ruck, after leaving the army and joining the air force, they had us turn in our molle. Obviously AF doesn't issue rucks, so I'm stuck using a 3 day bag xD Can spend the $230 on a molle, but I feel there's a better ruck out there. Got any in mind? Or is molle just the way to go

    I bought the 12 week program I have my order number when I click download files for the order to see the weekly workout plans it said there is no package even though it’s been paid in full

    Wish I would've thought about that haha.....I brought a bunch of peanut butter just finished a 20 mile but I only used 5 lbs this time. But held onto a gallon of water the whole time. I finished 10 miles in 3 hours but I almost PUKED.......😂 I sat down for an hour and stretched.....and breathed.....and just about threw up lol. Yeah I'll be trying to eat every 3 miles next time.
