Stagecoach Peterborough Volvo Olympian 16167 R167HHK 26/05/2006

Here is my beast working the 46 to Huntingdon from about 3 years ago. I have always liked these Volvo Olympians more than those with the Alexander bodies as these seem to feel more like an MCW Metrobus inside rather than an olympian (Well In My Opinion Anyway).

i prefer the northern counties bodied ones too! didn't like them when the first big batch arrived in 1996,but they grew on me :oP My personal favourites were the now transfered short high bodied ex london examples from the R-XNO batch.

Not bad for a 1997 Volvo Olympian.. I prefer the 1998-1999 Volvo Olympians as you can hear the nice whine as they go up and down a gear.
