It's so satisfying to see this technique. Love to use it in good conditions, the best feeling on skis. Long glide, full body usage, perfect.

This was my favourite technique. When conditions were good and I was in shape - then this was the most balanced effort-wise.

V2? I've never heard it be called anything other than 1-skate before. What do you call 2-skate then?

We call 2-skate V2 alternate in the U.S.
