As far as I know, Araki has said that there are only two characters with canon colors in JoJo, and that’s Dio and his son, and he says that they specifically, canonically, have blonde hair. Outside of that, all colors are non-canonical, and can change at any time.
yoooo a few things!! 1: Araki did do some jojos work for Gucci, and he regularly references magazine covers and models with a lot of the poses! sometimes he references the same photo more than once, which is fun to see his art style changes if it's been a good few years in between 2: from my limited understanding, ora doesn't *really* mean anything as a word, it's more an exclamation for someone to pay attention in a way that seems more delinquent-y? like hey, pay attention. look over here, like going 'oy!' or 'hey!'. 3: im just 7 minutes in so i might reply to this if I have more answers to stuff you ask!! Ora is actually originally onamatopeia for the synthesisers in the songs Araki would listen to while writing and drawing part 3 - specifically Pink Floyd, if I remember right. When it was adapted into animation it needed to be vocalised, so they did - but it doesn't "mean" anything.
