I really enjoy your videos, Jennifer. You have such a lovely personality and style - very chill and relatable. As someone moving back from CA to TN after 31 years, these videos are very informative. They give me lots of current information to consider. Thank you!
Thank you so much!! :) Well def let me know if you need anything and look forward to having you back!!
Thank You for this video. We are looking to potentially relocate from CA & would love a quiet yet growing town, as well as economy with great schools. This area seems to have almost everything!
It really does! Nolensville is fantastic!!
I love this video! So informative. Can’t wait to learn more.
Thank you!! 😊More to come!!
As new Nolensville residents, we love our new hometown! I truly can’t see us living anywhere else. Love it here. Thank you for your video and I learned about new places that I have not even discovered yet.
@@RisherTNgarden Ah Stephanie welcome to Nolensville!! So glad you love it and hopefully bump into you at the grocery store! ;)
Beautiful city. And so much nature. It’s my dream to live here.
Love that you featured some of the neighborhoods. Two things I notice about TN neighborhoods, so many powerlines everywhere and community pools don't have waterparks with splash pads and waterslides. I guess we are spoiled in Texas. We may be relocating depending outcome of employment offers. Thanks for the video!
Thanks! It definitely depends. Older neighborhoods don't have as many underground utilities but all of the newer neighborhoods do. And likewise there are a lot of neighborhoods that do have the pools with splash pads and beach entry.. but not all. You can certainly find great amenities in these developments!
Did you end up moving? Wonder how it compares to Texas.
Nolensville feels so different than Franklin - I love them both so much!
I love them both also!! Both are great places to be :)
I’m looking to relocate closer to Nashville next year wil really like to get in touch wit u
My contact info is in the description feel free to reach out!
This makes me want to move there 😍
as it should!
Can you still buy a small homes in low price?
Low price might be relative to where you are coming from but there are definitely places you can still get a lot of bang for your buck!
@@movingtonashvilletn Thank you for your response. You are really a good person and realtor. Some will not bother answering if the money doesn't look like appealing. I will definitely contact you if and when I get my prequalified letter from my lender. I will call you then.
@@sets51 Aw thanks! I just love helping people.. no minimum price ;)
What happened to the school video?
its still there!
@@movingtonashvilletn any chance you know the title because I searched and couldn't find it
@@movingtonashvilletn nevermind, I just found it. Watching now
How white is it
🤦🏼♀️smh
"Outside the congestion of the City" true, but it puts you right in the INSIDE of congestion of Nolensville. Horrible traffic, two lane highways, and nondescript subdivisions...not for me
Sorry to hear that!
11K people verses almost 500K suburb where I'm at sure sounds small and quaint to me. We have 9 high schools, from what I see Nolensville has 1. Nice!!!
Fairview?
Yes! I def need to do a video on Fairview!!
