Ned, you are splendid. I appreciate everything you make.
Love a couple drinks and a new Ned Rush vid! A great alternative to bland-arse tv of late. Heer Heeer!
genius, pure genius
Going where no man has gone before 🚀 🖤
And I wept, for I had no more ducks to give. Frikin' phenomenal, Ned!! You're a never-ending wealth of cool techniques!
🦆incredible Ned - loads to digest here. Very generous of you as always. I could happily listen to it wibble all day
it would be cool if you could make 2 random lead type synths with similar midi triggers that choked each other inside the drum rack so it created a call and response type thing
That's 🦆ing awesome!
Hell yeah. Duckin awesome my brüder
That 🦆is so catchy! Great ideas. And great that more is on the way! 🍌likes it from the other day too. 😉
Super fun tutorial man! Was fun to recreate my own version.
Brilliant! Duck!
truly inspiring. I love these videos!
I jam like this all the time
I need to try this with different scale MIDI devices in a MIDI FX rack and random velocity. 🦆🦆🦆
🦆ing brilliant inspiration as always.
Thank you for inspiring us! Very interesting tutorial 👍
Duckin ‘ell bwoy, 🦆, warp plinky plonk nostalgia 👍🏼
I could watch those videos forever, thank you ned 🦆
Great use of Ableton - thanks 🦆
🦆been using ableton for a little over 6 months, have really struggled using the tools in ableton to come up with creative and organic sounding music..this might be the best video ive seen yet the amount of cool little tricks in staggering...i am little unclear on what the resampling track is doing and how its sets up
Really impressive. Thank you. Very musical results. I have already created two drum-rack tracks that are quite different. Clearly the possibilities are endless. For some reason the Arpeggiator did not work on my second track without enabling "hold" which gave me a fine result but unfortunately could not be altered for the different mixes. I will figure that one out. Also, I noticed that you did not bother to pan the various instruments in your mix. Seemed to help my overall feel. Your command of Ableton is something to aspire to and I intend to study your other tutorials. I also just followed you on Bandcamp. All the best.
The changing between tracks for Exp Control isn't necessary in 12.1 now they've added sidechain. 20+ years on and the folks at Ableton are - to be fair - still making useful creative additions to Live.
Your are the best 🙌🏻
Ducking exiting!
i can’t live without ned
YOOO, the Mad Professor back again. THX so much for sharing
Love it
Can't wait for the Dr. Rush sequel: The Track in the Rack Comes Back
I could listen to that for hours
Amazing 🪿
This is beak Ned Rush. 🦆
QUACK QUACK DUCKY!
good video
🦆 A lovely groovy probabalistic time.
🦆 I thought this was going to more of a push jazz revisited kind of thing, but this is cool, too.
That’s coming.
Canardo amigo
Kinda got alucidnation vibes :)
I have not been utilizing racks enough.
Duck!
🦆 tastey
🦆 Love this shit.
🦆
DId you know you can use expression control on any midi track and still have it control the midi track you map it to? In other words after you map all the controls you can move entire expression control device on a new midi track and set your triggers regardless of the midi track that actually plays the instrument.
🦆🦅
In order to get a truly crispy duck breast, one must get the cast iron pan blazing hot (just like this video)
Duckkkkk
