Samsung was producing the chips of Apple, but Apple moved away from Samsung, because Samsung decided to copy the iPhone (Intel is producing chips for Apple at the moment). So don't compare a copy, Samsung Galaxy, with the original, iPhone.
If everyone followed Steve Jobs, it would be the end of PowerPoint as most people use it. Nature does not abhor a vacuum as much as industry hates unused space on a PPT slide.
