The best trick I used for early kills is dropping on someone and beat him to death using melee, it's seriously underrated, I won 1v2 and 1v3s vs people trying to gun themselves and I was just beating them down

Yeah... it's not happening... people move for only 2 reasons... looting and/or getting into the circle... that's why mid-game is literally a hide and seek campfest... personally I do try to move around and find fights most of the time and I pick up every bounty possible... but that's not what most people do...
Sport School honestly that’s pretty much all Battle Royales. They need to make the circles close faster at the start to keep people moving. Another reason people aren’t moving is within the first 3 min of the game everyone their favorite load out from the crate and just post up in a house.

My highest was 12 playing squads solo. I would look for a squad in a building or in an area with a lot of cover where it is easy for them to loose sight of you and pick them off one by one.
I got 12 in solo too recently. Half of them with truck&jeep

My best game was 11 kills in solos, thought I was gonna have a heart attack
hahaha... me too... that last circle when I saw that 2 on the players remaining was ridiculous... my heart was pounding so hard that I couldn't calm down afterwards... got the win though and it's sooo damn satisfying... just as it sucks so bad when you come in 2nd... I'd rather be 10th than 2nd... 2nd is the worst placement in the game psychologically... you just keep thinking over and over and over that situation, blaming yourself for being so dumb and losing to that last guy... lol

10 is good. I have not broken that record because I generally try to get perfect positioning and pick people off. I have more fun that way I find that pushing people generally doesn’t work especially in buildings lol

I'm pretty much an average player and I seem to find it rather easy to get into fights..just rotate smart, follow wherever vehicles and gunfire is, check out areas near buy stations, and there's more action to be had than ik what to do with at times..don't understand people saying this BR is too slow🤣haven't felt that way at all

I have 3 solo wins...my highest kills was 15...but I struggle in team games for some reason...the most kills I have in teams is 9. A tip I think you missed and is crucial to success is to know when you're losing an engagement. I see so many players pushing when I just peeled off their armor...why? If you get caught out and are losing a fight...disengage and regroup in a safe spot...then flank around and be unpredictable. The worse thing is to be in a building that a whole team knows exactly where you are and peek a window. Something that works for me A LOT is when a team thinks they have you pinned and is close I like to break a window on the opposite side of them where they cant see but can hear... so they think I jumped out the window...then when the 'chase me down' I shot them in the back (cold I know...but it works) Or, if someone is chasing you...lead them into a building, open a door...but don't go in the door...then flank in a different direction and take them out...I think audio cues are the best distraction/diversion...

This please. My game looks terrible and I can't figure out why. Mess with one option, can't see dark corners or into windows. Try to fix it, everything gets washed out in the sunlight
Ace plays on console. I don't think he will be much help with graphics settings or keybinds. The games lighting is like that for everyone, it was 10x worse on release.

Yeah a good trigger finger can lead to more bullets being fired
If you're using a controller try going to controller settings and flip the triggers and bumpers. I find it easier to spam a clicky button than a mushy trigger, easier to snipe moving targets too.
The problem for me are the campers, those guys that run ghost and stay in a corner where you can barely see them and they just kill you smh

@@Bunndog not sure and im at work but im pretty sure there have been a couple cods with ghost functioning like that, bo2 for sure and it was great. This whole game already heavily favors defwnsive play and ghost just makes it worse
You should be able to stop for a little while at least, to figure out loot, be at a buy station, pick out a loadout. Maybe if you're in the same area/building after 3 radar sweeps on a UAV, it should ping you
One tip i can give to everybody: if you know the enemy uses a shotgun, sliding and crouching is the best thing you can do against them since they will be aiming to the chest or head to deal more dmg, died so many times bcs of those casuals randomly sliding

8 is not by any means bad. I started a few days ago and my record is 6, but I also have a lot of hours in pubg. If we'd assume equal skill (which is seldom the case, but still) then that means you'd win 8 engagements at 50% win chance. The Gulag, team buy backs etc do make this game a little more forgiving, but there's also a lot of tools enemies can use to get your position and other types of advantages. I don't know what the average highscore is, but 8 can't be bad I don't think. I'm a bit jealous of my friend who got 11 on his first day playing though 😅

I had my record on solos today which is 11 kills (and was also a win... soooo satisfying) but I play a lot... this game is forgiving when it comes to getting back after dying but at the same time it's much easier to die on this game than Pubg where you can camp your ass forever and ever... here if you camp all the time someone will eventually sniff you out with a UAV or heartbeat sensor... also another thing is that in this game sniping is much much easier so dying to 1 shot snipes is almost a regular thing when in Pubg it happens once a day at most... and of course the fact that this game is properly optimized so in all the gunfights the most accurate player wins, not the one that was a bit luckier to hit more of his shots cause the bullet registration is all over the place...
Anyway... just keep grinding the game man and you'll be really good... in my first 2 days I never got more than 3-4 kills at most... although it was the release and it was only with teams and at that point the down didn't register the kill to you so it was a bit weird...

21 kills is my highest kill record on Xbox, I feel like I’m pretty good at gun fights and overall map awareness, just gotta get it more consistent. Playing more helps and staying home has been helping a bit too ... 😅

15 kills in Solos. 12 kills in squads. Finished 3rd in both. Best games I’ve had so far. Most games I fall between the 25-45 range with maybe 4 kills.
quick question: how are you supposed to avoid flanks / backstabs? when you're running from place to place or finishing a fight
Keep your head on a swivel before pushing a team and don't let your fights drag on for too long. Finish them quick and get armored back up and ready for the next fight as soon as you possibly can
For me I wait more for the end to really push people. For example, earlier today I had 3 kills before top 20, but I finished with a 11 kills and second place.

There needs to be better connection on warzone. I'm either running into constant cheaters or the game's just giving people unlimited health and allowing them to win gunfights they have no reason winning. I deleted Warzone because of this and am waiting for several connection updates to reinstall because most of your tips don't apply when SBMM makes lobbies to laggy to win gunfights.
Connection? Yes I agree there are problems with that and they need to be fixed. But constant cheaters? Don't think so.
@@user-wq9mw2xz3j I'm just saying that's what it feels like because of the connection. Because the game feels so unstable at this point. I hope it gets better. I'll try again a few months down the road 😒
To clarify, I highly doubt most of the players who beat me in these BS situations where they should have clearly died were actually cheating. It's just the the extremely beta game being laggy because it wants to pair me up with 150 other players who are my exact same skill level instead of who will make the best connection.

just cuz something is statistically the best weapon in the game doesn't mean that's all u should ever use..that'd be kinda boring not only for the player but for a content creator as well

9 is my highest kill game, I generally get 5-7 kills. The biggest issue I have, and it’s one I’ve mentioned before, is the uk servers are trash! Constantly killed by European players with better performing internet. Even after getting 3 or 4 hit markers before they shoot! I then die to a single bullet. Love the content Ace as always

highest i’ve had is 17, i can’t really execute in the late circles though I get to caught up on one team
On another matter... for those who are not into snipers or can't snipe to save their life (like me... lol... although I do pick up snipers sometimes to try and get better... without much success... XD)
The best non-sniper gun for long range fights is the Grau... has insane range and with the longest barrel and a commando foregrip it very very stable... now pair that with the AUG with the 60 round 5.56 barrel and you have a NASTY combo... in close to mid range the AUG DOMINATES people... in mid-long range with good short bursts you can wreck people with the Grau... just don't take any 150m gunfights... but for up to 100m this combo is just awesome... and reminder... the perfect range for this Grau is around 50m... that's the spot where you're almost 100% of the time at an advantage over your enemy.... so if you're around that distance just kick their butts... they won't know what hit them...
Anyway... just thought I'd share this as a tip for those of us that when we try snipers we just show off our inability to hit those damn headshots and nothing esle...

My problem is that getting lasered from behind or getting one shotted by a roof camper make me feel so helpless. I have no idea what I can do to avoid dying there rather than playing slower.

buy stations are usually camped or busy... if you approach it smart, that's a good way.... also using more than one car, and making it look like you drove away before you jump out and circle back works a lot of the times if done right... Just a tip, in the case of going up against people with ghost, or cold blooded... carry something that they can't be invulnerable to both... like a scan grenade, thermal, uav, and heartbeat sensor... player can't protect themselves from all of them.... so mixing up your loadout so that it not only has an option to find players without ghost, but also some means to find players susceptible to another form of recon is pretty key...

To add to that list, you could have a loud/bait weapon and a silenced weapon. People always look to sneak a free kill in a gunfight. Another thing is make sure you have a good connection, there have been several times where I took the first bullet and tried to run and just die, only to watch the killcam and see that I never moved the entire time he unloaded. Same thing happens when I use single shot weapons, like shotguns, crossbows or snipers. With automatic weapons not so much, it takes a full mag to drop someone but at least it works.
Your gameplay is amazing! When I recently installed war zone, I was regularly massacred by level 100 to 400 players the moment game starts. Plus I hate these “shoot first, die first” moments. They are so demotivating and frustrating as you die even though you aimed and sprayed so many bullets at your opponent. All he has to do, is just turn and shoot you twice. I uninstalled the game with a heavy heart. Haha 😅 It would be helpful if you could guide me on my problems. I wanna play this game again.
Mine was 11 on squads. I don't play aggressive at all so I average 5 kills on a winning game. However 11 was in the beginning within 3 minutes when everyone and their mom just started converging on our position cause there was a firefight and I was able to hold my own lol. I love cluttered areas, just keep running around and they will never know where you are.
I decided to switch it up today from using overkill with a sniper to just ghost with an rpg and managed to get 15 kills with it. The rpg is really fun for a change
Jumpshots are practically statistically better than slideshots. It really boils down to logic. Limb shots typically deal less damage than body shots, and most people aim for the torso. Jumping will usually expose your legs to where you would normally have your torso, leading to your opponent dealing less damage. Slideshots, on the other hand, put your head where your torso would be. While you may argue that your head would be a smaller target, aim assist will allow them to shoot your head, leading to them dealing more damage.
I think landing into the Boneyard and god boneyard almost always crap ton of bounty contracts in it, always leads to a game w/ solid fights. Even if nobody lands in there, just pick some stuff cuz generally boneyard has good loot and chase the bounties as much as possible.
Highest kills win is 14 and it was a solo but I think highest kills in general would be around 18 but not sure. Only have 6 wins but started a week ago. I started playing warzone cause I used to stream blackout and I wanna get good enough to stream this😃 Thx for the tips👍
By far my favorite match of warzone was with my cousin, I woke up at 5:30 am and he asked if I wanted to play and I said sure, we hop on our first match and I’m just getting stacking up kills and by the time the game was over I had 14 kills and we won the game.
I'm an aggressive player. I love to get into battles and more so love how the battles manifest in particular areas. Most kills I got was 10, and cant get passed it lol. It seems I need to pull up on em more often haha.
Most important thing besides what he mentions is the simple fact you have to have AIM. If you suck at aiming then disregard the advice given haha. (HC players)
My kill record is 12 in solo's and 13 in squads. I've also noticed most people that don't drop in in the plane zone drop at the edge of the first circle.
I've found that if I play Plunder and just go for every gun fight I can it gives me great practice for the gunfights in Solo/Trio/Quads. Plus I can level up guns that I'm trying to use in future.
Current kill record was 10, I think, I was stuck in a very small room with an LMG and ended up melting 7 people who kept coming in and pushing me. It was so dark and cluttered with bodies and loot that I wasn't obviously visible....It was glorious!
my record is 13 kills and my best gun is mp7 , one tip i want to mention is buy advanced uav , if you buy uav 3 times quickly its turn to advanced
The number of bullets to put someone down is insanely high. Even when you have downed someone it’s still half the magazine.

My kill record is 14 I think..havent been playing loads of Warzone since I´m working on the Damascus camo..
Most amount of kills I had was 9. 1 in thr gulag (sp?) 3 that were in a truck that I rpged, 1 in a tower, 2 around the the 2nd to last phase of the circle, and got the last two kills for our win. Both team mates were down. The game gives me so much anxiety towards end game lol

Unfortunately headshots don't matter much in war zone unless your sniping. Sucks but it is what it is.

this is great advice actually.. for a GOOD player. I tend to get killed even full equipped :)... So when I drop around others my game usually lasts for... 2 minutes, or until meeting first enemy
Only play solos and best is 8 kills. Had 1 win, but only class myself as an inconsistent average player. Always avoided Warzone until recently as this COD is my first FPS I’ve played semi seriously and BR’s aren’t my thing. Really enjoying it though.
I love the kar 98 that is the best dmr/sniper. I have more one shots with that then any of the heavy hitter snipers. I always push after a down. I cant stand not getting the kill from a down. its frustrating. recon contracts r the best imo. I like them all though. uav's r useless later in the game. im surprised the air strikes havnt been as bad as I thought. cold blooded blocks heartbeat sensor unless they changed it. cold blooded should reduce the range of sensor. not totally negate it.

M4 has better range cause it's an AR... but up to 30 meters the AUG with NATO rounds destroys the M4A1... I am bad with Snipers so I use Grau as a my long range weapon cause it has the best range out of all ARs and use AUG for short-mid range and I can tell you as someone that has used every single weapon in the game that the AUG in short- mid range is ridiculously powerful... only MP7 can kill as fast and ONLY if you're at like 10m away which is very short...
AUG is the best weapon in Warzone, ace is right... just try it and you'll see... with the 60round NATO mag it's just nasty... you'll almost never lose a close-mid range gunfight if you are not flanked or shot in the back...

@@DrVonNostrand My AUG has the 407mm Extended barrel (careful... not the lightweight one), mono suppressor obviously, Merc Foregrip, 60 round NATO Drum and Stippled grip... if you're bad with iron sights then just lose the stippled grip but I like the slight improvement in ADS...
Now the Grau... 26.4" Archangel Barrel to maximize range and minimize recoil, mono supp obviously, hybrid sight or mid range sight of your choice (I use the 4.0x Flip Hybrid atm), commando foregrip cause the Grau has a lot of horizontal recoil and a 60 round mag...

Real answer: You can't, because Activision's servers are down or laggy.
I'm fairly decent at regular multiplayer but terrible at Warzone. I feel like most times I have a good reaction time and get the first shot, but I have trouble maintaining my aim for the longer TTK. I usually die when I go to swap weapons/reload.
I have a tip. When people jump out of the plane mark. It really helped me.
My kill record is 11 kills, where my friend left and we were in trios don’t fill. I died by getting run over by an armored truck. 😵

i am playing shooters for nearly two decades now, my kd is mostly around 3. but in warzone its 0.5. i loose 95% of engagements no matter what gun, range or circumstances, sometimes i am lucky and i can shoot someone in the back. even if i shot first, what happens most cause i hear them, i go down with feeled 5 bullets but on the other hand i need a whole mag to get one man dowend and no, my aim is not that bad, it just looks completly different in the killcam. so, am i missing something big?

For your gun guide series can you cover more hardcore damage with attachments (especially caliber conversions and damage range attachments) Like what attachments increase certain gun 1 shot kill potential

Weirdly enough my kill record was also a win... 11 kills in solos which was actually today... although I did get like 5 of the kills using a truck... Trucks are so OP that it's not even funny... people want their overkill weapons so they almost never have an RPG... I hate the truck and as Ace said it's cheesy and the most skill-less way to get kills... but at the same time if you don't use them cause of that reason you'll never win a game... especially in solos...
Anyway... I played around 2-3 hours today and I was pleasantly surprised to not have a single "shady" death... I mean, I know how and why I was killed every time... so I guess less cheaters? Or just dumb luck to not run into one of them... my biggest issue in the previous week was that it was full of cheaters... I got my hear lasered off of jump shots or slides or by enemies that had no idea where I was before I shot them that it was not even funny... like, are you serious? Who can hit 4-5 bullets to the head in a row while moving or while being ambushed and completely taken by surprise???
Anyway... less cheaters is always good... and please nerf that truck... it's even more OP than the damn snipers by now... and btw, never get sniper with thermal again... literally EVERYONE is running cold blooded by now so it's not completely useless but almost useless... every guy that has taken a loadout will be hidden from you... so just pick a normal scope you feel comfortable with and do your job... or even leave the one the gun has from it's mother... both AX50 and HDR have very decent scopes and you can get something esle on it in that slot in exchange...

My kill record is 15. I was sent to the gulag after like 1 minute of the game, I lost the gulag duel and my team bought me back and we just started killing everyone in our path. We won that game btw.

I don't play online that much so with a battle royale it's even worse, when I get in a gunfight with someone else, I freak out and my heart starts pounding, and many times I'll get killed before I even spot them all the time
Unfortunately you cannot stack UAV... you have to wait until current UAV is over before buying a new one... So if you're playing solos you could push the player closest to the next buy station, kill them and buy the next one

My best kill game is 14 a few days ago in duos and my buddy had 8 so we did pretty decent
Recon Contract will shoot out a flare for all players to see, so if you see one of this you can go and kill the players doing this contract.
And if you are near a player who just activated a Recon Contract, it will notify you that a player is doing a Recon contract nearby.
Finally got my first win, 12 kills so for now I'm Satisfied.

My advice would be play this like you’d play COD. It’s not battlefield or PUBG. It’s an arcade shooter and it’s easy to play aggressive, especially if other people play scared. Honestly I have more fun getting 5-10 kills in game and dying in a gunfight in 30th than hiding without any kills and dying in 5th once I’m found. I just wasted 20 minutes to hide. Push as much as you can.
Most amount of kills in warzone for me is 13 but my squad was wiped out because when I went down they huddled together and got smacked by a cluster strike (this is why you need to space away from your team if things go wrong like this)
I was hoping for more tips on actual gunfights. This video mostly covered finding people, aim for the head etc, but I'd like to see a video that goes into flanking tactics, when and how to effectively use different gadgets, better positioning etc. Kill record is 6 btw, which isn't terrible but not great. Just started playing a few days ago though

Here is a very important TIP. If you get yourself into a position where you use alot of your reserve armor plates, have an escape route to use those armor plates later then to use them all in one engagement. Dont be stubborn to get that camper that forces you to use all your armor plates.
I think i reached my peak for this game...
Can't win most of the time because people are camping in the last circle with ghost perk and no sound when they walk got me killed the most...
My average kills is 6 per game highest was 27 because i hot drop but getting killed from someone running behind me and i can't hear it makes me think to quit the game and comeback if they fix the sound...
One advice I would add: don't be too greedy. Sometimes it's better to be patient and down the whole squad instead of finishing off a downed player while his mates are still alive. I have been killed a couple of times because of this mistake. I am below average and my kill record is 8, playing it for 16hrs so far.
12:15 that's how I got my first 13 bomb (24 kills total) Accept I was also pushed out by the storm like the other people panicking. Stay calm and your shots will hit Xd
