Re-Craft useless women into other echoes XD
Equip the moonlit set on danjin so that she gives 22% atk bonus to rover on top of her outro skill which gives 23% havoc dmg bonus. And tuning your echos does help a lot if u get decent sub stats
Also, the 5* sword on standard banner is very strong if you’re able to get it, it could boost rover’s dmg since it has crit main stat aswell
Maybe they meant Xingqiu not Xiangling, Mortefi features joint attacks like Xingqiu's raincutter blades, only mortefi's Ult/Resonance Liberation works like ever normal attack fires one fireball every 0.5 seconds or something, and when you heavy attack, it's 2 fireballs
It’s not the rain cutter/ fireball resemblance it’s the fact Mortefi does more dmg than your main DPS hence why the copypasta, is starting to remerge instead of Xiangling doing more off field dmg than your main dps dmg it’s what Mortefi is dubbed as now.

Basic basic Hability Hability= more damage received by the enemy Dot
Basicx3 Hability x3= big damage
3BA + 3HA = Cris-cross Attack
4BA + 4HA = Vertical cross Attack
