- due to me selling some guns and buying a lot of new ones, i decided to show you all my current gun collection again since you all seem to enjoy so much

For a while, I've been wanting to get into old-fashioned muzzleloading rifles, like a Pennsylvania or Kentucky. My uncle has a Hawken .50 cal rifle that he's had for years, but isn't interested in parting with it. But as with every other gun, the prices are insane these days. Like $1200 for a good Pedersoli muzzleloading rifle.
I finally got around to shooting the pietta 1858 and having never shot black powder before, it was a blast. I would love to get a muzzleloading rifle but yeah the prices are honestly not worth it right now. I remember dicks sporting goods used to have a build your own muzzleloader kit and I wish I could still get something like that

I have a bunch a pedersoli 50 cal 32 inch then a 1858 Remington 5.5 inch 36 cal and a black powder double barrel and too much to type the rest
@@Dylanman22ASMRbut I paid my 50 cal for 750 at an antique store don’t try to buy a new one go to antique store or gun broker you can find cheap bp revolvers are my favorite the muskets aren’t my favorite it’s my double barrel and the revolver bro black powder.also the double barrel isn’t a muzzleloader it take shells that have bp

You may know more about this than I do, but .405 Winchester through a Krag action makes me nervous. I think the krag only has 1 locking lug, and the action isn’t as strong as some of the later designs. Then again, I don’t know much about .405. Be safe

I’m a medical assistant at a walk in clinic. What you are looking at is several years worth of saving and buying firearms so it’s not that I’m rich or anything I just save and spend most of my money on firearms because that is my favorite hobby

I don't quite understand the flashlights. I mean, it marks you as a target at night and is not helpful in identifying targets beyond a short radius. It looks cool I guess...
Its generally agreed upon that if you can’t identify your target you shouldn’t shoot it. You may be able to see the target, but if you can’t identify who they are, where they are facing, what they are holding, where they are looking, then shooting at them will open up lots of legal challenges even if you were justified in the shooting.
Holding a flashlight in your support hand allows you to identify the target, however now you are holding onto your gun with one hand. This may decrease your ability to use the gun skillfully, as the support hand does a great deal to help with recoil management and precise shooting. That opens up the potential to shoot something you didn’t intend to.
A light on your gun allows you to positively identify where and what you’re aiming at while keeping two hands on the gun.

As soon as I can find some 7.7 Japanese ammo I will let you know. For its age it seems like everything is in good working order but until I shoot it i won’t know if it’s a fun gun or not

If you weren't clearly suffering from an extra chromosome, you may have figured that out, pretty sad how many comments you've made on this dude's videos because you live in a sad pathetic little world..and are probably looking to feel some sort of superiority.
