unwarranted advice from a barista, mix your cold milk with the hot espresso before you do the ice. pouring the espresso on top the ice is probably watering it down, usually you only do that for macchiatos. obviously you can do whatever you want but that's what most coffee shops do!! might make your at home coffee a little better.
I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate you being very vulnerable and honest about your dogs, the bruise, etc. I’m currently going through something similar with my puppy and being reactive and have a bite and feel like the worst mom in the world. But u showing that this can happen to even the best dog moms, is truly saving my sanity, mental health and just not feeling like I have completely failed my dog. Old Navy petite has great work clothes that can be dressed up and are nice enough that you can add more expensive pieces. I also love express! I'm in law school so I'm figuring out professional clothes with you also and it can be so much fun, just the clothes aren't always meant for curvier figures

Regular claw clips while in a crash and getting them embedded is a thing. My mom works in the er. She’s seen it,but sees more really bad neck issues. I have flat clips in my car, but I usually just remove the clip and put it back when I am done driving. I feel like the flat clips could still get stuck but not as much as claw clips.
Remi use white vinegar on your bruise. Use a cotton ball wipe it from the center outward. It will dissolve the bruise. Love watching your vlogs! 😘Kisses from NYC
4:46 those clips are the best and I’m always trying to get the gym girlies into them! I bought them first from a small IG business and they broke right away 😮💨 but then I found them at target in the accessories spot with all the necklaces and more recently dollar tree!!! It also applies to when we touch our pets with our hands and after touch our faces. Wash face and hands before skincare routine.
