I think a good way to save Liv’s character is to give her the “learner” role. Basically have her and Ronda face for the title again on the next PPV, only this time Liv is more prepared and actually starts dealing more damage to Ronda, countering her moves etc. They can mention that since this is Liv’s first time as a champion, she’s still learning the ropes as to how to be a champion and that because she was squashed at her first title defense by Ronda, she became wiser and learned from her mistakes. I think WWE can kinda play into the “she’s learning how to be a champion” trope for Liv since it also still gives off an underdog vibe which I think they’re pushing for Liv to have, while also making her seem strong and wise by showing that she’s a fast learner and does her best to improve even if she’s already at the top of the division. It’ll be a good way to balance out being an underdog and being a fighting champion.
I just hope to see years from now when Bianca & Becky aren’t wrestling full time, for them to have an amazing stare down at a Royal Rumble with them as the returning legends! I hope this isn’t the last we see of Bianca vs Becky.

Bianca has a fistful of new challenges, also I think some people...not everyone, is so confused and were frustrated about the Liv/Ronda match they let that outweigh the Story being told. I personally enjoyed the match, if you even want to call it that. Liv barely got any offense. It was a showcase of Ronda as a Monster and Livs resiliency, her stubbornness to not give up even knowing she was outmatched.

I feel WWE is gonna write out Ronda for a bit to give Liv room to breathe as Champion. Like Ronda’s first WWE run wasn’t she suspended twice for 30 days? Ronda attacked the ref last night, she’ll at least be fine but if they have her attack another WWE figure or Liv outside of a match, they can suspend her easily. I think at this point Liv needs to face other challengers to grow more as a champion before Ronda faces her again. Also Charlotte looming in the shadows and can come back anytime soon. WWE really need to build up Liv, so she can put up a fighting chance against Ronda and Charlotte down the road.
Honestly to me what makes sense and what might happen is Liv drops the championship before Mania to Ronda. Then storyline leads them to a Mania match and Ronda puts Liv over clean and they give Liv a Bianca moment and solidifies her as a mega star
I hope that at the next Liv vs Ronda match, Liv gets a clean finish because I want her to seem like an actual threat as champion instead of looking weak and holding a championship
What I don't get is WHY the tap had to happen before the three-count. They could have easily let her tap out The moment the referee hit the three. That way she still would have tapped out but not in a controversial way. Ronda could have still gotten mad and turned heel. It just didn't help Liv AT ALL.
