@bluepopsicles 11 wait so since the animation is frame by frame they take rough animation (I think that people make the animatic then someone makes clean animation with rough lines then someone goes and cleans it up?
@@bibonic no not really, it is like double checking the finished line, basically after the rough animation, they will will go clean it, but mistakes can happen so there will be plenty of people to clean it up, so basically just like an essay, first they will just write the script, the type it down and then there will be another person who check for grammar but with animation - first is rough animation, then the actual first process of the finished animation without colours, then the clean up (may include a lot of people spreading the work, you can see there is a whole crew for that), add colours, them clean up again, then composition
@bluepopsicles 11 yeah, you can see why it is faster and have better lines than Hazbin Hotel, if you really pay attention to the animation, sometimes the lines just don't look right, like when you are drawing a straight line but then there is a bulge on the paper and your line get messed up in the middle
Clean-up animation is the process of creating the final drawings you see in the finished film. It does not necessarily mean a "clean" fine line. The artist, usually a team of artists, uses key drawings and animation charts from the animator, making it appear as though one artist has created the whole film.
