That 0% thorn is legendary. That is as good as 100% in terms of rarity and i personally would pay 100k for something like that just for the Memes! Put that thing in the Meme Museum and start collecting 0% artifacts.
i remember once getting a stone blood in the vortexes right outside the bunker mission for stalkers. i wasn't even an hour in my character and i already got an artifact because a flesh got killed by the vortex.
this video was great and easy to understand i cant wait to be able to start doing builds to help me through the game thank you for all the info much appreciated!!
Either you can sell them for good money, or you can use them to recharge artifact that you use as they will drain over time. Each of the prototartifact spheres will recharge artifacts by 20% regardless of rarity. The more rary proto I use to turn into energy and keep the common proto for recharging
First freshness (blue watch) - biggest amount of energy. Second freshness (Red watch) - more energy than third freshness but less than first. Third freshness (without any watches) - the lowest amount of energy
I'm a bit dumb, but did you go over the 'threshholds' for how much 'negatives' each type can have? For example - I can run 1.10 psy emissions without getting psy, but .97 radiation irradiates me. Is this linked to my gear's stats? Or is it just... Arbitrary?
I'm pretty sure it's linked to your armor's stats. Since you can handle 1.10 psy, your armor probably has more than 110 psy resist. But since you can't handle .97 radiation, your armor probably has less than 100 rad resist. I'm not exactly sure though, so do go check your armor's stats and see if this theory is correct.
@@trashrat6829 I found it out. With the artifacts rebalancing, they changed your thresholds. You get 1.5 psy and thermal, and .5 rad and bio max before it begins to build up on you.

Good guide, thanks bro 👍
Great video, very helpful. But what are the common/large/huge artifact fragments used for me? Or did I miss something??

Gotta admit iv never heard anyone say rarity like that before

Does freshness affect the artifact in any way?
