Rescuing an Allis Chalmers D-17 Series 4 - PART 1

By talking to the local tractor repair shop, it was a 1-owner until a family member bought the property from the man's estate. It went with the property and was neglected since. I get the tractor and take it to my shop to attempt to get it running and working once again, but quickly find out it isn't going to be an easy task.
