- 6 small potatoes
- 2 eggplants
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Cheese to taste (Emmental)
- 2 slices of cooked ham

- Olive oil

I would never make this dish without basil. Lots of basil. It's what makes it aromatic. Otherwise it would be flat. I agree with you
