- Hellooooo! This video shows my full workout (abs, core, arms, shoulders), stretching, and dance (+ some improve ;) ) routine! These exercises are great to improve your posture and helps to hide kyphosis (if you have scoliosis).

hey!! i have scoliosis too and seeing your videos help me a lot. i’ve been doing some stretches for a while too and posture is really important to get your stretch right. its best for you to put your shoulders back and your chest out so you can have the full capacity of the workout, since you have a mirror is easy to right that. the plank too you can place your hips lower and align with your back, keep it flat. be careful because you can worse your scoliosis!! best of wishes xx

Yes!! It’s called Kyphosis! these exercises can help with posture thus hiding it!
Aw your's are like normal exercises, the ones my physiotherapist gave me are really weird and embarrassing lol

Hi thank you for the video i will start using this as my workout to help my back. I also do dance and I do the stretch were you try to put your leg to your head. When my dance teacher told me to do is to straighten my leg that is on the floor. That way it helps you get a better stretch.
