I need to do a 2015 Sierra rad. Came to look if shop has to take apart front / grill and it seems this answers is NO. Thanks. Also curious if you had same issue. Tech told me it was my thermostat which was throbbing and that caused the connection pieces going into rad to crack and leak. It's mostly steam coming out no liquid puddles on floor.
Hi hunter, I managed to find one locally in the UAE at a scrap yard, it drops right in and everything bolts up. The only thing you’ll need to swap over it your injector wiring harness which no one told me about so it took a while to figure that out and get it running, but an amazing swap well worth it for stock drivability/reliability and power

Your radiator had two extra ports on the driver side. Did you not need them. Nothing connected no leaking
No leak doesn’t matter if you connect them
