i.m from Medellin, Colombia.... and i love this music.... especially covan potholes..... i first heard it at "raglan's pub" at downtown disney... in Orlando .... and asked the kid playing it ... for its name... they played with recorder thought... but it sounded amazaing then... now i hear it with accordeon... banjo...fiddles....etc... and it's lovely.... mesmerazing... hipnotic.... transports me to the air... up up high.... makes me see ireland which i never been.... by the way... you guys in Erie got a football team "urhan"????? that's my last name... could it be .... i had some far...far Irish in me... and that's why i feel this music sooo much... The Creator is big...
I don't know the bassist but he's enjoying a lot the heartbeat he's giving to the reggae flow of the base. All them. The drummer and the guitarrist (who is the guitarrist..?) This song is so special. I think roots reggae with irish trad mixed on, sounds brilliant. Both are my favourite kinds of music ever. And I was born in Barcelona so no one of them are from my country🤷🏻♀️
Organized music requires lots of dedication and love, this is fabulous music in ever sense of the Word.
I love your music , your talent..I love you Sharon Shannon..Regards from Spain
Just a happy tune played very well by happy people...love it.
after 2 days I finally learned to play it with Uilleann pipes, a treat :-)
Her talent knows no end
One of the greats.

luis urhan calm doon son
One of my favourite tunes...
One of my favorite players.
Lovely music. I don't understand how anybody can dislike this music and this song. I understand they don't understand it... but dislike???
it's totally wild, the music hovers in weightless state. im in deep love.
Magnifique lien entre la musique traditionnelle irlandaise et le jazz!
Pardon... Entre la musique trad. irlandaise et le Reggae.
So superb! 6 million views wouldn't be enough!
Wish I could have seen this performance!
Saw her at barbican York back in the 90s always plays with passion and the rest of the band....... hmmm they are not half bad either
Pure magic.
Reminds me of the songs you and Joe Higgs did together, fabulous!
Amazing ever Sharon to great ever irish Treasure ever will stand time thank you
To Earl Cameron. Its Sharons skin-and-blister on banjo. You can see the resemblance.
Beautiful melody
Love it!
It’s got a really uplifting tempo and a very positive vide, thankfully the potholes were not full of rainwater at the point of recording
Upyahgurlyah!!! :-)
Is it Winifred Horan at 2:30 ?
Winifred Horan is playing a fiddle throughout the entire tune. The woman playing the bango looks like Sharon's sister.
Gerry O Connor is the banjo player
Looks like Mary Shannon to me! Gerry O'Connor is playing the fiddle.
That gal picking the banjo must be her sister..
Who's the banjo player?
Sharon's sister Mary
