40 Hour Famine, Giving up Food & Technology - 2013 [vlog]

On the 16th-18th August I undertook the 40 Hour Famine to help raise money for Worldvision which can be used for charitable purposes. It can also be a fun way to spend your weekend and know what it is like without something. This year I gave up food and technology. I specifically banned myself from using anything with electricity and having anything to eat or drink except for water. I now know a sliver of what it is to be hungry and the effects of it after 40 Hours.
