Because the requirements are brutal for HL. Despite being a excessive worker sui-chan and multiple HL members didn't get in on the first shot. Sui would have been first gen but they declined her 3 times. Her sister would require:
-proof of consistent uploads/streaming
-proof of entertainment value(its longer than that but it basically boils down to this)
-willingness to forsake her past to become a new member(you cannot talk about your old streamer/tuber name at all).
However she can be a indie vtuber. Noripro or niijasan might be better(i know you mentioned NJS). She is talented in entertaining. I hope her heart can handle the crowd.

It's a vtuber group ran by Tamaki(i forgot the last name sorry I just woke up, might edit later). A vtuber who interviews others as a cross dresser character.
Her group is far less demanding than hololive but just as chill. Unfortunately not as popular but still great nonetheless.

So is that really Anemachi's avatar or is it something Suisei and/or the community came up with to represent her? I've seen other clips where Sui's sis can be heard in the background, but I'm not sure I recall this character representing her

Hoshimachi their family name. Suisei's fan starts to call her older sister Aneki at first but that confused Suisei and the other HOLOLIVE members. Then her fans added the Hoshimachi in front of Aneki to become Hoshimachi Aneki. But later on it was shortened to Anemachi as writing Hoshimachi Aneki was troublesome to write in the stream.
Hoshimachi is the Suisei name. Anemachi is the opposite name of Hoshimachi. Suisei it ain't so; your joke is a heart-breaker. Glad I could help clear that up, walk with the Lord bro
