Doctors proscribed 18.4 million antidepressants in 1998 and 70.9 million in 2018 - an increase of 3 1/2 times. Theodore Dalrymple, a retired psychiatrist and contributing editor at City Journal, joins “On Balance With Leland Vittert” to discuss why he thinks things may have gone too far.
