I did a really similar cleanse from the same company for 3 days and it was sooo hard to do BUT it completely killed my sugar cravings and binge eating, the first or second night I did wake up out of the middle of the night cuz my stomach hurt so bad from being hungry but I would still definitely recommend a juice cleanse to anyone looking to reset their diet or begin their own health journey

A juice cleanse is a waste of money if you go back on a standard western diet afterwards. Also it is much better (and cheaper!) to juice your juices freshly at home and drink it right after you've made it. Juices older than aprox. 20 min may have already lost half of its nutrients due to oxidation. Another benefit of juicing at home is that you can have way more juice. I'd recommend consuming up to 1 gallon of juice a day.
Yes maam!!! And to juice until all mucoid plaque is released..then changing ur diet bc if you go right back to the SAD diet..toxins get burried even deeper smh
