@hansalfredowijaya1958 depends. I’ll still be using it in 2025 until series 11 comes out. Maybe then i might upgrade. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with the series 7. If you get the series 8 at a great deal, it’ll be good for the next 3-4 years. If not, get the 7.
Yes! I know I need to add some personality to my voice. And even have some screen presence. Moving to my own place within month and hopefully that helps me improve my videos! Thanks for stopping by!
If you are worried about battery backup, then you’ll need to look at the battery health. My watch has fallen down to 83%, so sometimes I need to charge it for like 10-15 mins to get through the day. Thats only when I use to track workouts. Regular use is no issue. If you can get a good enough battery health in either, that’s good.
@ great!! So i guess it would run quite well for a 3/4 yrs in regular usage . Anyways I don’t want to miss important notifications! Can this watch help with that? I have multiple clients messaging me across different time zones, so an instant reply is a must. Is there a way to get an alert or alarm the moment a message comes through on Slack, LinkedIn, or freelancing sites like that? Thanks! 😄
I dont have slack etc on my phone so can’t really comment on that. But most notifications do come through pretty fast. I don’t think we can get notifications from sites. I think you’ll probably need to research a bit on this. Sorry about that. Not much help in this case!
@I am expecting an alarm once the notification comes so that I don't have to miss them. You know, due to the different time zones, it gets hard to get awake instantly so I was expecting that.
@adnan_samyn oh ok. For apps, you certainly get decent sound and vibration for the notifications. You can even adjust the vibration intensity and stuff, so it’d be really hard to miss app notifications.
I would choose the series 7. Both watches are extremely similar. Battery health matters. My series 7 is at 86% and it now struggles to last 14 hours with AOD on including an hour or so of workout! At 98%, it used to easily last 16-18hours.
@@TechWizPrinceI understand, I thought that the S8 was better at 88%, I could use it until it reaches 80% and for €100 I can change the battery, unlike the S7, what do you think with this reasoning?
What do you think is a good price to pay for this watch in 2024 ? I’ve found one online for $125 US dollars- it has few cosmetic scratches and 83% battery health, is that reasonable?
@@TechWizPrince okay thanks for the reply! I know Apple will change the battery for about $100 where I live, but have you ever changed the battery yourself or would you recommend? I’ve seen a few kits on Amazon for about $30 (includes tools and new battery) but I’m afraid I would break the watch trying to do it 😅
Oh I haven’t done it ever. I wouldn’t do it myself. Lol. I might do it but honestly if the kit is $30 and the battery is also around $30, then might as well pay Apple $100 to do it!
Nice video! I was considering buying the SE 2 but your video helped me to think about getting the series 7.
Glad I could help! While the se 2 is nice, the series 7 has a bit more going for it specially with the always on display! hope you enjoy the watch!
@@TechWizPrincedo u think still worth if for 2025 or just get the series 8?

Please consider not using that tone when talking. Try talking from your sense of personality - my 2 cents

Agree it feels super monotone and weird
Just be natural yourself and the rest will fall into place. Much love and keep up the awesome content
Thanks for the support!
Compared to the 8 , how much better it is ? I'm mainly concerned with the battery backup

Good review, thank you! I want to upgrade from Series 4 and this one seems the right choice for me 🙂
Yes this is a great choice. Series 7 is still a great choice. If series X or 10 does something unique, I might just upgrade.
I have a series 9 with always on display but my battery lasts all day and night until I put It on the charger the next Morning
That’s nice. Yeah it’s a newer watch so battery should be good.
@@TechWizPrince It absolutely is so nice I’m super happy
Can you suggest me from where should i buy it second hand in canada ? I will be really thankful to you if its near 200 cad
Facebook Marketplace bro. I’m in the GTA and I see a bunch of ads for $200-$250
thank you for the insight!!!
did you end up getting the series 10?
Nope. Still using the Series 7. Not enough upgrades in the Series 10.
Can i have the price range of second hand or fairly new Series 7 in 2024
Oh man. Tough question. It depends. Here in Toronto, it's probably around $200 CAD.
@@TechWizPrince thank you man

That’s a good plan. I’ll keep that in mind when I’m buying another watch. Haha.

Thats very cheap but beware the watch wont last you a full day at that battery health. Scratches r not a big deal.

Os 10 screwed a lot of batteries Apple did it on purpose so I upgrade
Os 9 was the last best version 😭🥺
Yeah I don’t like OS10 much. I prefered Os 9 too
Had to watch something esle sorry the voice did it
No problem. I’ll improve as much as I can
