Do it, just got the see thru black cherry one. Such quality of craftsmanship and materials. I've played every guitar there is and nothing comes close to esp. maybe Ernie ball music man majesty for 3x the price
Just ordered this guitar, and those fishman pickups sound better than all the videos of the stock pickups.. might have to do the same swap! Sick video and great playing dude!
Bad work from ESP discontinuing this specific colour. I really wanted to get this guitar but they discontinued it before I could get it. Really wicked guitar though, I think the 12th fret marker looks sick in music videos.
Thanks a lot ! I would say that the i ly thing that differ is the shape. The M-II has a more traditionnal vintage cut while the Horizon has more curves and is more modern in terms of style. Both have almost the same feel. Two great guitars. I still really dig the M-II but the horizon is astonishing 🤘🔥
Do you mean the ESP Standard Series or an Japan Custom shop model? Compared to the Standard Series, the E-II models are basically the same, they just changed the logo on the headstock, which I think is stupid af. Actually, the newer E-II models will have ss-frets , starting from 2024, so that's an improvement to the Standard series. The Japanese Custom shop ESP's are on a whole other level of craftsmanship. They're also expensive af, not to mention the Japanese Custom shop is so busy, they stopped taking new orders for this year and even if you managed to put in an order, the completion times range for over a year, something even longer.
@@greekfreak1980 the custom shop! I have a Horizon III from the Kiso factory with the ESP logo still on the headstock, which from my guess is from a custom shop? It’s a pretty worn down guitar but it still plays great, i’ve played an E-II nd noticed a huge difference, maybe it’s just that the E-II is new nd has better specs perhaps… Still love my Horizon custom but the E-II is still amazing also
They are identical in every way. The ONLY thing they changed was the headstock logo. The E2 is their mid tier, same as the standards were. They just wanted to differentiate their Japanese production models from their custom shop guitars. So LTD = budget, E2 = mid (although I would NEVER call $2,000+ guitars "mid" 😂), ESP = custom shop and ESP USA. Don't let the E2 branding put you off, still the same standards they had before. I would even say that in some ways they've upped their production quality (better have considering how much these guitars now cost).
The Eclipse is definitely the thickest guitar between the 3 of them. I would say yes, the horizon feel a bit thicker than the M-II, it has more curves wich is aesthetically cool but it’s definitely little bit heavier. It feel quality tho and it is definitely a sickass battle axe 🎸🔥
Eii are exquisite.
Yes, I love em’ brother !
Awesome. Im really thinking about buying a e-ii eclipse.
Good choice!

@@chancelaboube672 I really like the mate black ones with the silver binding.

I did not know they would take it off the market. Sad news 😮
You can still get it used. Plenty of them out there. Gonna pay a pretty penny for one though. Worth it.
Plays well!
Thanks a lot ! ❤
Great video, Jimbow! What are the main difference between this and M2?

Man, sick guitar and sick skill. Can i ask what amp and effect use?
Thx
Hey ! Thanks I really appreciate it. I use a Moded Mesa Dual Rectifier. My fav amp 🤘
great playing
Thanks a lot ! 🤘
I have the same guitar. Mine is nothing short of a blood spitting beast.
Doesn’t sound like crap! 😉 Nice work!
do you think the original horizon is better than the E-II horizon?
I can’t answer to that. I have never tried an original horizon. But to be honest from what I know they are pretty much the same in terms of feel.

I have the exact guitar, I wanna throw some Fishmans in mine as well.
@@Remmy0930 excellent choice. You can never go wrong with the fishmans. They are the new EMG

I don't even need this video. Of course it's not crap. What a clickbait.
