52 years old today....makes me smile reading the appreciative comments from younger folks....most of the tunes are a decade and a half old at least for this set...compared to today’s stuff there’s a hell of a lot of Amen break in there.....not that I’m against it...just interesting how the technology has driven the music on, as it always does. Metrik’s album is the height of current production values for me at the moment tho

This is exactly the sound I fell madly in love with when I discovered D&B around 2003, 2004. I used to listen to those tunes for days and nights on end, always searching for something new and never getting tired of it. Every single one has memories attached to it. I feel like I'm 19 all over again. Thank you, Nu:Tone. Thank you for everything.
Sames! I don't think I could ever get tired of these tunes, such vibes. I love how dnb has progressed, and the new music is also so exciting, but its nice that listening back to this older stuff still gives me the chills in the best way.
haha same. I was also 19 in 2004. It was about the time I moved to Bristol where it wasn't unusual for there to be multiple clubs hosting DJS on the same night! - it was hard to choose which one to go to. Then RUN @Native came along and it changed my life!
When I bought my first car "Nu:Tone feat. Natalie Williams - Strange Encounter" 7:54 , was the first played track. It's absolutely amazing conceptual masterpiece, which moved Nu:Tone, as a talent composer and producer - to the top DnB world. Greetings from Ukraine.
Nu:Tone is simply incredible. He brings out so much emotion in this set. He may not move much but all the showmanship, feeling, and love for DnB ALWAYS come though every time!!!!! Big ups to ya brotha!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🤮🤮❤️❤️
They say " nobodys perfect!" but I will tell you "pretty freakin close to if not puuuuurfect set list right there!!!" Literally all my favorite tunes back to back and mixed by one of the legends who definently has a great set of eardrums right there now ! *respect* Nu:Tone
MCs are great in a club on a loud system getting everyone hyped up, why anyone thinks people want to hear them on mixes when listening at home is beyond me....the MC that adds something to a studio mix is a rare MC indeed.

Smashing it, nice to hear the choons without someone shouting all over and ruining it😄
god damn i hate MC's
@@CYMANITE not a hater but let the music play!
It wasn't made for someone shouting all over it...
I can imagine an MC adds something when you're in the crowd at a festival but when you're listening at home not so much
