This is one of the new A330 of PAL it was actually 3 yeas old, When I had my OJT at lufthansa technik Philippines that exact plane was being repaired/maintained and I had the chance to be with the people who maintained the plane :)

Britt Unculus we started using Trent 700's by 2016. This was recorded at 2014. By this time, the Airline still use the GE CF-6 for most on the A330 fleet. But a few aircrafts started using the Trent 700 engine especially the newly obtained planes. :)

Bakit naman sya gumawa ng airline name kung ang owner sa pal ay hindi pilipino....goverment ang ari nito noon pero binili ng isa mayaman na tao pinoy ang may ari nito!!
sumakay ako dyn sa PAL manila to Abu dhabi.. napaka pangit ng plane nila.. wala man lng tv monitor dun sa economy seat.. tpos ang presyo ng flight nyan.. katulad lng ng gulf air (the cheapest airline sa GCC).. pero sobrang ganda naman ng Guld Air dyn.. grabe worst experience... nag sisi tlga ako...
