The speed metrics button on macOS is missing. I am using Surfshark version 4.5.1, the DMG version. Any idea how to get it?

It's sad on MacOS
The bypass feature is only in the widget + not working on safari only on Chrome/Firefox
Also there should be ByPass application for example Facetime with Surfshark and rotative IP is a nightmare ...
My tip for Sharkshark is to provide clients with quality products and features and a highly competent support team! How long do I have to wait for an IT expert within Surfshark to follow up with me via email in reference to your product Surfshark One? I made this request a week ago!!!!!!!
@@SurfsharkAcademy I passionately dispute the fact your "support team" can or will or is "working to solve the issues" that have been created by them and another ineffective product from Surfshark, Surfshark One!
It is 9 days now since we engaged in a series of comments and still your "support team" have failed to follow through with a response!
It is "fair" and "responsible" to describe such misconduct as a support team failing to support a client as conduct that is "pathetic"!
Curious! How long is your "support team" going to keep "disabled" my ability to engage with them! For the record, the support team keeping my ability to engage with them on "disabled" only defecates on Surfshark's integrity and the support team's integrity (not my integrity), as a client it is "fair" and "reasonable" to have access to basic services and products that effectively function, I currently don't have access to either!

The speed metrics button is missing under the locations tab. I'm running ver 3.1.1. Help please?
The speed metrics only works when you're disconnected (I had the same question today and figured this out by myself). So if the icon isn't visible, try to disconnect Surfshark first.
