      सब रेट प्रॉपर्टी डीलर्स ने Fake तरह से बढ़ा रखे हैं। सब प्रॉपर्टी डीलर आपस मे मिले हुए हैं।
      इन्होंने original buyers से एग्रीमेंट कर,इतने ऊंचे रेट कर रखे है।
      आप यहां प्लाट खरीदेंगे तो भी आप ओरिजिनल buyer से मिल ही नहीं पाएंगे....क्योंकि सब ओरिजिनल buyers प्रॉपर्टी डीलर्स के संग मिल चुके हैं ज्यादा rate के लालच में।☝️☝️

    one minor correction -- 80 mtr nahi 60 mtr hain P3 main, 120 and 200 ke alawa. aapki kaafi baato se sehmat hu, middle class salary people can't buy plot in resale for two reasons -- black money component is high and overall rates are high. ab to plot lena sirf rich people ka game hain and that too with black. aap ke hisaab se white deals ki sambhavna kitni hain resale main? jaankari badegi.

    Han, ye baat toh ha hi ki oisis bhi area ka rate, chahe gaanv me chale jao ya city me Zameen k bhaav kam hote aaaj tk nhi dekha, ruka hi rhega ya badhega, but apna time bhi important ha na, ab humein rhne k liye abhi chahiye 5-7 saal rhte fir kya pata kya hoga..but abhi yahan yoh 5-6 yr se pahle population nhi ane wali rhne wali

    Jo paise kamata h. .. specially business man usko denand or supply ka game bahut ache se pta hota h. Bcs wo isski practice generation to generation se karta a rha h ..

      किसी भी सेक्टर में कोई भी 120 मीटर का प्लाट आज 1.20 से कम नहीं , लोग अब प्लाट बेच ही नहीं रहे, अब इन्वेस्टर्स निकल चुके ह और ज्यादातर end users ही बचे हैं. में भी यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर देख रहा हु, क्यूंकि बजट नहीं हैं वरना सबकी तरह मेरी भी पहली पसंद ग्रेटर नॉएडा ही है

      Actual seller are not active in market... actually...
      He or she is busy in routine life or out of station so if they want to sell the property they do not face to actual buyer or same point for us.
      Buyer ko actual seller nhi milta jiska benefit sara dealer le jate h.
      Rate are 60,000 bhi bahut jayeda h
      Actual seller ko usme bhi benefit h kiyu ki ...
      Uski purchase value below 25000 rs h ....aur usko yaha rehna bhi nhi h ..bcs there is no futher activities till from start.....

      Greater noida k liye 4 saal ho gye ye sunte hue, 2033 m bhi yhi kho, fir 2043 m bhi. Bhai Jisko lena h wo le chuka aur lega. aur mere jaise jinke pass paise nhi wo second option Yamuna YEIDA ki sochenge.

    This is a bubble. Investors don't make a city livable. The end user does. One recession can put this whole rate hike drama to sink.

      I am hearing this since 2019, Its been more then 3.5 years , Property m bubble itne din nhi rhata, कोई रेट कम नहीं होने वाले, 200 मीटर तक के प्लॉट्स बिक चुके हैं और अब end users के पास हैं।
      में भी यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर देख रहा हु, क्यूंकि बजट नहीं हैं वरना सबकी तरह मेरी भी पहली पसंद ग्रेटर नॉएडा ही है

Sab bas investment ke liye Jaa rahe Hain greater Noida or yeida. Is time market sirf property sell karne ke liye achi hai, buy karne ke liye nahi.

    Abhi ye 5 yr tk aisa ganda hi dikhega..
    Kyunki sab ne bas inbest kiya hua ha..kisi ne rhne k liye nhi kharida in ilaakon me plot, jisse abaadi nhi rhti isiliye koi suvidha nhi h, sunsaan pade ehnege abhi kam se kam 5-6 saal tk..plus maintenance bhi bilkul nhi h in secotrs ka kuch bhi

    Sharma ji 🙏 u r absolutely right ✅️ greater Noida will become one of d best city in India. Rates of Residencial ploots will be much higher in near future. 1.25 to 1.50 p mtr by april 24 nd by 2026 / 27 it will touch nearly 2 to 2.5lac p mtr. In noida on expressway 2 lac + p mtr rate going on. U just compare.

      इसके 3 साल पुराने वीडियो देखो भाइयो, सभी में कह रहा हे, बबल फूटने वाला ह, रेट्स नीचे आने वाले है, अब इसके सुर बदल गए ह। ऐसे Yutubersकी बातों में एके कई लोग प्लाट लेने से रह गए। ऐसे कमेंट को ये डिलीट कर देता है, रेट्स कभी कम नहीं होने वाले, किसी भी सेक्टर में कोई भी 120 मीटर का प्लाट आज 1.20 से कम नहीं , लोग अब प्लाट बेच ही नहीं रहे, अब इन्वेस्टर्स निकल चुके ह और ज्यादातर end users ही बचे हैं
