type R clutches arent glass cannons like the other model civics below it. Friend of mine is doing 547whp/430tq on stock internals and clutch. Daily driven no issues.
Can you tint the windows where you live? I have the same FL5 in the sonic gray and did a 15% tint with a windshield strip and it looks so much better. I have to say that I prefer the looks of the factory wheels.
you guys think these same tunes will work with the Integra type s ? planning on getting one in january and replicating this build since they're pretty much the same platforms
Yes, it's a calibration made by Hondata for use in all FL5 chassis. The tune is developed to be used in all FL5, and in all regions, for its on the moderate side of things
Hey Dustin, I notice that you don't use aftermarket cams on any of your cars is that b/c of California Smog regulations? I'm curious, with the money you've put into your FL5 vs the same money that would be put into a K20A2 how much power would the K20A2 gain? You're next build? The Kia GT4 Stinger? Or do you only do Japanese Cars?
U guys did very very well.. But i would say, going to eating place and shoot at the location...is just the ice cream topping... Try film more the journey, the road trip and quick stop/visit to reach the destination... And enjoy the trip moment lile u guys used to do before...
Hondata is probably playing it safe with their Tune. Alot of people will be purchasing their ECU unlock and they can't just offer a super aggressive OTS tune that might lead to premature failure, would be a bad look for them. But if smaller tuning shops want to offer tunes that are closer to the edge of what's capable on stock turbo/injectors/etc than that's on them.
@@JoshRoeloffs previous gen CTR saw 40+hp increase from the standard hondata tune. Completely get them playing it safe but this is the first hondata tune that doesn’t offer any sort of power gains. Granted I’m sure they’ll figure it out sooner or later.

You can't just call it a jailbreak because you feel like it. "Jailbreaking" in this context was a term specific to Apple devices. Last I checked, that was a Honda not an Apple. I believe the word you're looking for is "unlocked".
