To me, McFarlane's Bane looks better but I can't really give an opinion because I don't have the Mafex Bane, I imagine he poses a lot better and that makes up for the sculpt.
@@dHuntersReviews I've seen people say that the head and feet are too big and that throws the look away for them. I don't have it in hand and I had to take my words back more than once after having some figures in hand having said they didn't look so good in promo shots and videos. If they release a revised Bane with smaller head, I'll probably pick him up. I'm more a Superman guy but I really like the design and concept of Bane. I'm sure the articulation on the Mafex is superior to the McFarlane Bane. Basing on the images I agree with most of your picks though.
Hi dHunter! You are my only hope. I want to get some shields to go along with the Batman Gladiator and the Knights of Steel… I was thinking of picking up Wonder Woman just to get a reasonable sized shield and then maybe customize it, but it’s a lot of money for just that… What do you think? Have you thought about accessory gear for your figures? Do you know where I could check out shields that are not $30+?
My preorder finally shipped today of Vincent Price. Still waiting for Batman with the bat hound, Reeve Superman and Christopher Lee Dracula. I agree with some of these. I shared my list on your previous video.
I got the Fondjoy BvS Batfleck as my figure of the year. Can't believe how good it looks for much less than the price of a Mafex. I saw someone post on Twitter that Fondjoy is doing a small update to the figure to improve the head/cowl with a slightly new packaging box. I will try to get my hands on that. For some other top non-McFarlanes, I really like the Mafex Knightfall Bane. So glad I randomly came across one from an import site. That thing went quick. It's fun to pose the big guy with Knightfall or Hush Bats. The Jada Toys Ultra Street Fighter line with M.Bison and Guile are also fantastic. I got the NECA Tatsu for nostalgia but turns out it was a damn good release. Kudos to the actor for approving his likeness.
There is something kind of funny, to me very specifically, about hearing that NECA TMNT Tatsu figure being hard tj find since my Walmart has had like 10 of them clogging up the bottom shelf of the collectors section in Electronics lol
I dont have any of these except WW..🤣...no Blue Azrael?.. Im so glad I got all 3 versions, I work near our Wal-mart, GameStop and Target, so its a quick stop for me before going home, when I usually found these rare figures, and would never see them again after.
@@dHuntersReviews sure, @dH, there were some figures I found you wanted, but when I get back to your channel, either you already found them or you're waiting an exchange; I live in Georgia so we probably get thing later, but I'd check things out for you, if there are stuff you need, just keep mentioning them in your vids and Id post in the comments if I find them.

It's a personal preference thing. Me for example, I think the way the legs on Marvel Legends connect to the crotch piece ugly looking most of the times, but I do like some of their figures. McFarlane makes mistakes and some people are harsher on him, in my opinion it's because people have an emotional bias towards Marvel Legends. I think most of the reuses of the Infected Superman body mold look better than most releases of Wolverine, Spiderman and Captain America but I don't hate on these figures, I just buy what I like. If someone wants to spend their time trashing McFarlane online, it's their choice. I actually do like the fact that not everyone is into DC McFarlane figures because I can buy multiples, customize what I don't like about them and still keep one untouched.
@@lfabio.n yet you don't or won't costumize the marvel legends. Sounds like you're biased. Btw let me know the other figure lines I can buy dc figures from in the $20 range... Oh wait Todd has the monopoly because all the other lines went under all at the same time.... Very convenient
@@sirmustardofhousemayonnais9907 The customization on Marvel Legends seems more complicated on what I see people pointing as issues, for example, look at AnthonysCustoms reviews, if you feel inclined to, on Knights of Steel Batman and Blight from Batman Beyond, see if you disagree with his points. What I mean is, I can get AI Tony Stark or Stealth Iron Man from Marvel Legends and make my on 80th anniversary Iron Man, maybe I can make theses figures taller or shorter through customization, but it's not as easy as replace a peg or just changing the way they are plugged heating up the figure. I might be biased, but I've seen people making Hush Superman the same height of Batman Hush without doing extreme modifications, it looks way easier to me. I've done these mods on McFarlane figures.
Absolutely agree with you about the green lanterns and the alien 👽 👍
That Christopher Reeve Superman will be impossible to find in the UK but I'll not stop hunting for that chase version!
Didn’t you preorder it?
@dHuntersReviews No. I was moving house when it went up and McFarlane releases like that are an absolute nightmare to get in the UK.

No sculpt to make up for
The sculpt is perfect on the mafex
McFarlane quite impressive too but mafex is perfect
