Very good job. Hello from Russia. My catamaran is 4 meters, new, we need to test it on the water, with a motor. All the best to you!🤗👍
Just added one to my colorado. Works perfect. A lot of people commented on the rod holder, of course i gave you the credit 😁. Cost me about $30 and took about 1 hour to make. Thanks for the video
Glad it worked out man!
Your 'toon set up is so sick! Awesome how youve taken us viewers along showing how you've adapted it to make it more fishy! Keep up the great videos my brotha ✊🏼
Thanks man! Gotta set up a day to get on the water with you soon! You can see the toon in person as I catch all the fish before you ;)
I got all the pvc and wood for the standing platform, and rod holders, now to get the fish finder mounted and trolling motor on!
Hell yeah man! On the water next weekend, easy!
Good stuff. Glad your putting that out there. When I was looking I couldn’t find anything on here how to do those things.
Yeah a big reason I wanted to do all these how-tos was because I had trouble finding any in-depth videos of the same lol I've had a couple comments from folks who are super happy to find these, too. Most other videos are just quick overviews and don't have much substance. I still got a couple more I need to film, too!
Fish and Forage Right they just show them off and don’t really explain how to do it. I hope you videos blow up and you get more subs from this.
@@kacyjones1387 thanks man! I hope so :)
Good stuff Zach! Hope all is well for ya man, and happy fishing! Fish On!
As long as I can fish, all is well! Thank you! Hope everything's great for you, too!
Fantastic video man! Thats a great idea!
Thanks Donnie! It was the first mod I did when I got the pontoon and it's been amazing for storage space!
I just built this for my colorado. I ran into one issue. The 1" tees that the rods go in were too narrow. I changed them out for 2x2x1 tee reducer. 2" openings for my rods and the 1" went right onto the shorty piece, no problem.
A small nut driver would work good on the clamps also.
great video, thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed! Hope it was helpful!
Good stuff i didn't use you exact design I made it to fit in front so I can have my line in the water👍🏼👍🏼
Nice! Got any pics of how it's set up?
@@FishandForage I'll take some tomorrow I might buy some spray on bed liner to paint it black
It looks like you could use a side outlet (HD Model #PVC 02510 1000) piece on the ends and have five holders instead of three. You may have to make the pieces of joining pipes a little longer to keep the spacing.
Oh yeah that's not a bad idea! Though I generally only use 2 at a time. Maybe if I get a long net or another rod..
Outstanding video, just 1 thing, in the description of parts, there's no mention of how many of the cut 1" pipe segments that we need.
The little short ones? I believe you need 7 of them?
What are the lengths you need to cut the prices.? And I really like what you did here awesome job 👍
Hey man what size is your seat extension? Does it throw your balance off at all? I float a lot of rivers, so I’d like to maintain the stability, but I’d also like to throw on the standing platform for lakes.
Yeah on lakes its great! If I took it on a river I'd take the pedestal off, though. It's just a handful of screws to remove, so not a big deal.
What are the lengths of the different pipes
Hi bud, in your description you have 6 T pieces needed but you need 8. Thought you would want to know.
Ha good call, man! I'll update it!
Oh actually the 8 is from:
6 Regular T Pieces
2 Threaded T Pieces
@@FishandForage Ahh, sorry bud my bad. I used your idea but without the threaded T sections and just went for two extra regular T's cut and clamped.
edit: Say, how high is the top of the rod holder from the clamping rail? It looks about level with the seat but it is hard to tell from the vid.
Let me measure next time I have it put together and I'll get back to you!
What are the lengths and amounts for the cut pieces? I didn't see it in the descriptions.
You can see the lengths for the straight pieces here:
ruclips.net/video/jz3mPteUSfk/видео.html
You'll need 8 of the little ones and then one each of the other two lengths.
Happy modding!
@@FishandForage Thanks Brother. TIGHT LINES!
