Did you know the error achievement is an old achievement that I got before the content update even dropped? Remember when instead of void it was glitch? That’s when you could get the achievement.
The error badge was always in the game. It was for glitch before hotel+ also you can just do it at the back door so you don’t have to do it like how you did
I would recommend doing this in the backdoor because that’s how I got it and because of how hard it is to get to rooms because of the new library so the backdoor is easier to get to

there's another way: one friend tries to void you, before he voids you hide, then when void is right about to attack you, get out of the closet or any other hiding place, this will teleport you to where you would get out of the closet making you fall into the void, then glitch saves you, turn on more stuff modifier for band aids because void still does damage to you

TBH doors had one entity named wrong ambush no it's not that it's old ambush ask google he looked red like that with a tail but there no tail so that's a myth yet
Well I got it I didn't get the batch because I was playing on the admin panel on my second account and then I clicked on it and it spawned glitch ambush!!!!!

I found one yesterday but one of the people i was playing with had admin panel and like spawned so much entites in that room that i end ed up dying- and process was not enabled- 😭

In fact:AROxMBUSH moves slower than regular Ambush.But it moving same ambush if "afterimage"modifier activated

You can get the glitch fragment on the mines, the back doors, the rooms and the hotel because glitch Will teleport you
You can do it in the back door as well which is less time consuming
