Yes. Just remove the lower leaves from a cutting AT LEAST 4" or so tall, stick that stem into water, and wait for the roots to show out! Orrrr you can also just stick it right into soil that you intend to keep moist until it establishes roots.

I have always thought Dragon Wing variety has the narrower jagged leaf whereas in this video, I call this a Green Leaf Whopper begonia in Rose.
Those are "Angel Wing" begonias.
There are several varieties that are pretty easy to get mixed up.
