Final Walkthrough at Belk in Brookwood Village in Homewood, AL

This store closed in January 2018. No plans have been announced for this store as far as I know. Also the phone in the elevator to the parking deck by this store is broken.

The title of this video really should be renamed "The Beginning of the End For Brookwood Village", because they kept swearing that new and great things were going to be happening for Brookwood Village and now it's one of the MANY abandoned malls that have popped up all over the country thanks to Ebay ,Amazon and the laziness of the average american consumer. My money says that this mall will probably get bulldozed and turned into either an overpriced apartment complex, a self-storage area, or another warehouse for Amazon. This is really ,really sad but ironic.
