A good version of that drill pump is a life saver. We need something like that for water changes in the hot tub cause we always end up bailing out the last 30 gallons cause it wont drain after a certain point.
For my work, I got that kind of pump. It was a slightly more "industrial" version of the pump, purchased at Lowes, but on day 1 of trying to use it, I managed to break the screw on plastic parts for the hose and had to go to Lowes to buy replacement parts. However, once I changed out the parts, it has worked fine ever since. I pump water as well as thicker liquids with this pump. I did not like that the hose curls and therefore is hard to handle on your own. I zip-tied sticks to the ends of each hose to straighten them on, and, the torque created from spinning the blades in the pump means that the hoses will always be pointing in odd directions while you're using it.
Honestly I think most people who are disappointed by their Amazon purchase is when they don’t read the product specification thoroughly, I for one am VERY thorough when I read it before buying anything! Even If It’s a cheap product you should do fine😊
I'm sure everyone is going to/has already commented this. But Katelyn, have you tried drilling from a higher vantage point? I was taught to look at the top of the drill, so you can't see any part of the drill below it and not press down at all, just use the weight. For reference, my table is about mid thigh height.
the biggest problem of trying to pump resin is that it will clog at like 3 uses. It's not easy to remove from surfaces so it's absolutely pointless to pass it through a tube. Maybe with hydrophobic protection but not very hopefull about that eitther
The only thing I can think of to keep it serviceable is to pump _a lot_ of acetone after each use to prevent the resin from freezing up the pump when it cures. But that would undoubtedly melt the cheap plastic in short order.
I would have loved to have seen you open up the pump to see how poorly it was constructed from the inside and what exactly broke. Maybe you could still do it in a second channel video?
I remember my aunt had a hammer multi-tool where you unscrewed the hammer to reveal a screwdriver that had multiple interchangeable tips. No pliers, but pretty useful!!

6:20 i looked away for like 2 seconds and genuinely thought that noise was evan screaming his lungs out lol, this machine sounds just like him somehow
I was going to comment the exact same thing haha.
for some reason "↗️NOT how you do it" has had me in tears for about fifteen minutes, just something about the way its synced to the music gets me. beautiful bit of editing.
I literally love you guys, everytime I’m bored or when I’m baking and need something to watch I would always looks for you guys videos. They are so entertaining and funny. Ps: love the editing
I swear that the first couple noises the carving tool made sounded like Evan holding a sustained yell.
i legit thought evan was screaming when i first heard the wood carving noise, it sounds like a soul in pain 😂
A good version of that drill pump is a life saver. We need something like that for water changes in the hot tub cause we always end up bailing out the last 30 gallons cause it wont drain after a certain point.
Holy crap, laughed soooo hard at this episode! Loved this one!
Even If It’s a cheap product you should do fine😊
cant believe i’m just now finding your channel after the safiya collab! i know what i’ll be binging now for the foreseeable future 🥳
Watching you guys split your sides laughing over the multitool hammer, hammer, pliers screwdriver, pliers and hammer genuinely gave me life!
I'm sure everyone is going to/has already commented this. But Katelyn, have you tried drilling from a higher vantage point? I was taught to look at the top of the drill, so you can't see any part of the drill below it and not press down at all, just use the weight. For reference, my table is about mid thigh height.
10:30 Evan has fully transcended from dad jokes and has evolved to sweater dad with big shop glasses unable to stop laughing at his own jokes!
The "weeds" you're trying to grab are baby trees.
The video was very fun to watch. Thanks for the entertainment.
The multitool was really worth buying, laughing that hard is priceless :D
I could literally watch you guys assess amazon scam products all day long! This was hilarious!
yooo is it just me or did yall step it up with the editing and transitions in the video?? absolute banger!! ❤❤❤
In all the years of watching, I’ve never heard those laughs, those were some real genuine laughs between you two. It was a lovely moment 😊
the biggest problem of trying to pump resin is that it will clog at like 3 uses.
I had this video in the background so I wasn't actively watching and I genuinely thought the wood carver for a moment was just Evan screaming
Me too 😅
You two seem like such fun people to talk to
The multi-tool segment was the opitime of "the sleepy hahas." My face hurts sm rn lmao I hope you're feeling better, evan
I would have loved to have seen you open up the pump to see how poorly it was constructed from the inside and what exactly broke. Maybe you could still do it in a second channel video?
Seeing you guys Laugh so hard and for a moment, helped to start my weekend off right 😊
Bro, you two DYING at the hammer/hammer/pliers/hammer/screwdriver(?)/hammer KILLED ME 😂
Also, can we PLEASE get a 'Days since last Injury: X' counter?
I remember my aunt had a hammer multi-tool where you unscrewed the hammer to reveal a screwdriver that had multiple interchangeable tips. No pliers, but pretty useful!!
as a wise man once said: "everything is a hammer, at least once"
I really enjoyed this video. I'd love to see other videos structured like this. Maybe even repeat the same video with 5 new products for the 2nd channel.
Im laughing so hard rn- During the wood carving tool I got an ad for an electric wood carver!
6:19 Oh my god, at first I thought Evan was randomly screaming to mess around, and then I realised it was the carver/wood, what the-
