I had an 08 250f. I trimmed down the seat for fmx, made grab holes, and rode a bit of fmx. Well sort of lol i wasnt exactly hitting fmx ramps, just smaller dirt doubles. But i was doing some pretty advanced tricks for those jumps. I definitely miss it. I didnt have money to maintain the bike and when i left it at a "friends" house, he rode it without permission, crashed it, and trashed it. Damn i miss it. Im 31 now and still would love to get back into riding, but im too poor

No this is just the basic KX 450 with all my parts on it. I want to do some purple hubs I’m thinking! I have an SR set up as my track bike. Good bike as well 🤙🏼
@@AxellHodges96 The purple hubs would look sick for sure. You should have one set of black Excel w/ the purple hubs and the other set the reverse. I do have a set of a brand new ( never laced ) Excel Takasago rim in purple from the factory for the rear. I know that they’re not the A60 that you normally use but I figure they would look trick on your bike for maybe a photo shoot or something. If you’re interested, I’ll hook you up! Wanting to start a little bit more free ride, would you consider any of these an absolute necessity? Thinking about doing a hydraulic conversion on my clutch since it’s cabled rn
I would say definitely valve your suspension stiffer for jumping so it can take the hits without bottoming out every time. Better to have shorting gearing because personally I like having nice bottom end for jumps. I wouldn’t worry about the clutch. I’d say that matters more for racing

Looks like your running the "green" map connector. Why do you run the green one? And have u used the white or black ones as well?
Green is stock and the bike runs good. One less thing to change 🤷🏻♂️
