Still now, some people in town of Telangana will not give rent to sc st community. Would you believe it? Still upper caste is not accepting schedule community irrespective of one having good education, car, good dress etc.
Still majority of upper caste people don't accept .. that is the reason.. reservation need to stay.
Infact, one need to provide reservation in politics specifically at ministry level ..

But problem entante within sc and st you will find many inequalities. some sc st are extremelyr rich and some are extremely poor. this is because the families who already availed resrvation are able to provide good facilites and education to their family. Therefore other poor families in the same community are not able to enjoy the benefits of reservation. that is why the percent of poor in sc and st families is still very high. reservation should be removed for those candidates whose parents are already govt employees

Caste Reservation is mainly about discrimination not about financial instability. Though I agree, reservation in combination with caste and financial instability is a good idea. Below is the classic example of caste discrimination and how upper caste educated fools are still behaving. hence need reservation in the cabinet for backward and schedule community. It is fine, If upper caste people think, the country will face backwardness. Though it is not true, it is fine because, let the country go backwards but the majority (backward) given power.

Caste Based Reservations is the worst decease that the country is facing. Reservations system itself is a failure when it could not perform even to the extent of one per cent. .but just one correction .The host at the beginning said caste system exists only in india and no where in india which is not true. Caste system neither originated in india nor it is the only place where caste exists.

Caste system originated in india is biggest myth and lie that every one of beleive to be true. Caste system didnot exist in this form prior to muslim invasion. This is established very well that before islamic invasion in india , people from every varna even sudras ruled many parts of our country at different country. eg : Maurya dynasty were sudras,even in Telugu states , Reddy dynasty and kamma rulers who are ruled telugu states are sudras as per varna system but when british created the caste census , they were named as upper caste or orientied caste as they were still zamindars and petty kings in many areas.
The Biggest Irony is that Reddys and Kammas (pedha kapu - bigger land lords) being sudras as per veda varma system isolated themselves from china kapu ( own caste but Smaller or /Tiny land lords during then) and call themselves elite and rulers and started discriminating other lower castes during times of foreign invasion or occupation when social fabric of the society of hindu society was damaged by coersive conversions / foreign rulers. Essentially all the above mentioned caste are same as per vedas .They are all sudras as per vedas since none of them have upanayana and wear sacred thread or jyandhyam .
At later times specially reddys started wearing jyandhyam especially elites and rulers among them .
The word Caste itself is of portugeese origin to the caste system they observed in india which they are already familiar in the form of class system in europe. So class system is essentially another of gropism which common all through humanity . Europe had class system even before we had caste sytem. Remember medieval times in india has varna system but not exactly caste system where discrimination did not exist to the level it was noticeable. But Caste system is entirely different. Caste system is in many wasy similar to class system that existed in europe where people in the society were divided based on wealth and popularity , ie; Clergy class , peasant class , labour and Elite or ruling Class etc.
So our colonisers mainly british were the once who conducted Caste survey and created 1st caste census in india.
British initially developed ties and favoured the then ruling class who so ever it might have been (kshatriyas, Reddys ,kammas , even many muslim rulers and literally any other caste so long as they had dominant say.) for their own benefit before establishing british soverign rule by abolishing British EIC Company . Other early Colonisers of india did the same. The british continued and enhanced it to rule us better to their advantage.
They surveying caste census they got to know who is ruling class, who were wealthy and effluent , working class , merchant class and labout class etc. This enabled them to find weekness and inequalities in indian society and which they used to divide the hindu society and played with that advantages.
All of this is not to say that caste system in india did not discriminate people based on wealth and what not. It did. All im saying is caste system is just another form of groupism and groupism exists even to this day all over the world and will exist , not just in humans but even in great apes like chimps and gorillas , bonobos all exhbhit groupism along with all its evils like genocide, kidnapping , murder, rape , extortion and what not. (yes. even in apes)
They is only one solution to neutralise the ill effects of any or all forms of groupism like castes, class , sect or any other divisions.-------------------- that is DEMOCRACY. The Law & Order , Administration , judiciary and the Rule of that land should be Democractic.

Jayaprakash చెప్పే మంచి విద్య కింది కులాలకు అందదు. ఎందుకంటే అది అందించాల్సిన ప్రభుత్వాలు అగ్రవర్ణాలు అని తమను తాము బావించుకుంటున్న కులాల చేతిలో ఉన్నాయి. ఎస్సీ,st, బీసీ లకు మంచి విద్య అందించడం అసలే ఇష్టం ఉండదు. వారికీ sc,st,bc లకు సమాన అవకాశాలు అందడం, వారితో వీళ్ళు అన్ని రంగాల్లో పోటీ పడడం అనే ఆలోచనే రుచించదు. వారినీ పోటీలో ఉండకుండా చెయ్యాలంటే స్క్,sస్ట్,బీసీ లు మంచి చదువు అందకూడదు. అందుకే ఈ వర్గాలు వెళ్లి చదివే ప్రభుత్వ స్కూల్స్,colleges, Universities అత్యంత దరిద్రం ఉంటాయి. సరైన విద్య లేని ఈ వర్గాలు సరైన అవకాశాలు రావు, అవిరాని చోట వాళ్ళ స్థాయి పెరగదు. 70 సంవత్సరాలకు పైగా రిజర్వేషన్స్ ప్రభుత్వ రంగం లో అమలు చెస్తే ఇప్పటికి sc,st,bc లు ముప్పై శాతం కూడా లేరు. ఏ రిజర్వేషన్స్ లేని ఓసి లు (జనాబాలో 20 శాతం మాత్రమే ఉన్నారు) 70 శాతం జాబ్స్ లో ఉన్నారు ఏలా? ST అయిన దేశ అత్యున్నత పదవిలో దేశ ప్రథమ పౌరురాలు ద్రౌపది ముర్ము గారిని PARLIAMENT భవన ఓపెనింగ్ కి పిలవలేదు, టెంపుల్ లొకి రానివ్వలేదు. ఇది ఈ దేశం. పదవి ఎంత పెద్దదైనా కానీ నీ కులాన్ని బట్టే నీకు గౌరవం. అది ఈ జేపీ కి తెలియదు అని నేను అనుకోను. ఈ జేపీ అగ్రవర్ణవాధి, వారికోసమే మేధావి ముసుగులో పనిచేస్తాడు......

1. అతను పెన్షన్ వద్దు అని ఎప్పుడూ చెప్పలేదు. పెన్షన్ కోసం ఉద్యోగం చేస్తున్న వ్యక్తి నుండి కొంత మొత్తం మరియు కంపెనీ లేదా వారు పని చేస్తున్న వ్యవస్థ నుండి కొంత మొత్తం సేకరించి వాటిని కాలక్రమేణా పెరిగే ఏర్పాటు చేసి పదవీ విరమణ అనంతరం వారికి అందేలా చేసే వ్యవస్థ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి అన్నారు. అలా పెన్షన్ ప్రతీ ఒక్కరికీ వచ్చే ఏర్పాటు చేయచ్చు.
2. Caste census వల్ల అణగారిన వర్గాలకు గొప్పగా ఏదో మార్పు వస్తుంది అనే భ్రమ వదిలి పెట్టండి. Skills లేకుంటే ఎక్కడా ఉద్యోగం చేయలేము. Knowledge and skills only విద్య వల్లనే పెరుగుతాయి. అవే మన బ్రతుకులను మార్చగలవు. అగ్ర వర్ణాల వారితో పోటీ పడేలా చేయగలవు.

పెన్షన్లు వద్దని ఎన్నడూ చెప్పలేదు. ఆయన చెబుతున్నదల్లా ఒక బలమైన సమూహం లేదా section of people like Government employees తమకున్న శక్తియుక్తులతో సంఘటిత శక్తితో ప్రభుత్వాలపై రకరకాల వత్తిడులు తెచ్చి ప్రభుత్వ ఖజానాపై మోయలేని భారం వేయడం సరికాదని మాత్రమే.
భవిష్యత్తులో రాబోయే ఆర్థిక సంక్షోభం కల్లకు కట్టినట్లు చెబుతుంటే JP గారిని వ్యక్తిగతంగా తప్పుబట్టడం సరికాదు.
