    i promise to practice 10 minutes of meditation everyday in morning
    because i want to bring out the GOD(eternal bliss) which resides in me.

    youre right those are all excuses the main reason is that spiritual practice seems like an obligation like going to school or to work and i want to be free..so each practice is like forcing yourself to do it....and you get depressed cos you think or so it was such a challenge to to it today and how many more times you should do it? a million? before you achive nirvana...anyways...food and drink is very important...what are your thoughts on tea? i think its very mind altering and people think i'm crazy when i say that
