Chick hicks also did it in the tie breaker race to the king strip weathers sending him into a deadly rollover as well too which can be considered attempted murder.
First off, Miles Axelrod made Allinol to react violently with EMPs, which as shown causes critical damage - even fatal damage - at higher ranges. However, Mater makes a Mortal Kombat reference when he says he can "reach into a car's hood and pull out their battery before he stalls"; this refers to how Scorpion can rip out an opponent's heart so fast they can see it before they die. Second; Professor Zundapp planted a BOMB on Mater, with a remote trigger that failed when Mater went out of range.
Zundapp also killed Agent Leland Turbo, or ordered his killing, and according to a deleted scene, he was crushed to death. It would have been the first on screen death in the Cars series, adding another life sentence to Zundapp's sentence, or possibly a death sentence because of Leland's position in the MI6.
I don't think Zunddapp ordered it. I think his henchmen did it on their own, since at the begging of the movie, Zunddapp said that he wanted to see the spy before being shown the crushed cube. This may imply that he didn't knew he was dead

But let's consider the racing penalties for Chick Hicks. When Kyle Busch wrecked Ron Hornaday in 2011, ending Hornaday's chances at the truck series championship, Kyle was immediately parked for the race by Nascar. If the Piston Cup were to use the same level of discipline since it ended the King's championship hopes, Chick smashing into the King on the final lap of the LA race would likely end in the same penalty, thus giving the Piston Cup to The King as McQueen pushed him to the line.
The King would also be penalized for getting pushed on the last lap. But Chick’s punishment wouldn’t be enacted until following that event anyways, therefore he still wins the championship.

Chick Hicks caused a real problem for Strip Weathers health, because in the last race, he pushed him on purpose and this crash might also kill The King so i guess Chick Hicks should've paid like 500 000$
If I may one thing about Jackson Storm: When he first shows up participating in the first race in Cars 3, it just seems like he shows up out of nowhere, with no prior admission/permission to this race. So, wouldn't that count as an unauthorized addition to the race or something?
it is likely that he registered his place before the season began, so the nascar in the universe likely knew of jackson and that they would be in the race. can't believe i did this for a movie about race cars based on my favorite sport

The Bomb on Mater's Engine would be something from both the Professor and Sir Miles Axlerod since Miles voice is what deactived it, meaning he's a culprit for it. Let alone, the bomb gotten to the QUEEN. Meaning Terrorism would fall on Miles since he basically made Mater a Suicide Bomber if it wasn't for the fact Mater cornered Miles to deactivate it.
let’s be real, jackson storm isn’t even a real villain. Yes, he is a villain for lightning mcqueen’s racing career, but giving lightning mcqueen and cruz harsh comments ain’t shit 😂 it’s not gonna take him to jail.
Chick Hicks could have been charged with emotional abuse too and so could Francesco if I'm not mistaken, not to mention Frank (the combine from the first movie) emotional abuse and attempted murder, PLUS Lightning and Mater for trespassing to cow tip, and all of Radiator Springs for harassment on Minie and Van (the lost tourists in the first movie)
The planes movies both had pretty evil antagonists as well. Ripslinger from the first one actively makes attempts on the main character's life, and the weird rich guy car who's name i forget from Fire and Rescue is negligent enough that its almost definitely criminal, and it nearly results in the deaths of hundreds.

Forget about Jackson Storm! It's Chick Hicks who needs to be on this list. He needs to be the one who gets towed to the impound by Mater.... I mean he not only causes emotional damage...to where along side Jackson Storm...making McQueen want to retire even more. I mean he was quite rude with his remarks as well on his show in the 3rd movie. But then he also did attempted murder as well. 3 times...one of those times was the first race ever and he not only puts McQueen and Strip Weathers in danger but also puts everyone else in the race in danger. One car actually had to be towed out because he couldn't move at all unless he was being towed...another time he put McQueen and Strip in danger was when he wouldn't let McQueen pass so he starting slamming into him on purpose...not to be competitive...to be flat out mean...forcing McQueen to go to the pits to get a quick refuel and tire change because he used most of his fuel to race and fight back with Chick and because he had a flat tire....in that process he also makes Strip swerve out of the way just so he wouldn't be in the danger zone as well...he then causes all 3 of them to swerve...and when he realizes that Mcqueen is just gonna win...he turns to Strip and decides to make him flip over...THREE times...now McQueen of course by the end of this first movie had learned many of the important lessons that the franchise teaches us: first film was about real success, actions have consequences, teamwork is important, sometimes you don;t get to do what you want but you have to learn to handle those fears and learn to let go, and friends and family are the most important thing...but McQueen hadn't learned those lessons and he hadn't given Strip that jump start...Strip would have been making more dust than progress..Actually Strip wouldn't have been able to move altogether if McQueen hadn't learned those lessons and helped out a friend. So actually Chick Hicks has 2 cases of attempted murder, 3 cases of physical harm and one case of emotional harm.
Are we completely ignoring the fact that storm literally rammed cruz against the wall at what was about 200mph which caused major scraping and could have fatally injured cruz if she had not had not jumped over storm.
McQueen would have to pay $250 to be released from the impound or risk stealing himself out of there. From the first movie. Additionally he has to pay for the damages.
Note as some countries like Japan will allow you to still redeem yourself even if when you have a life sentence (I watch a youtuber who told a real story about where a man escaped the harder prison in 4 ways in 2 of which relates to a miso soup?! Meaning that the metal can rust quicker" also after he escaped 4 times, the judge finally realised that the guy did not hurt anyone "he even have a friend from one of the better prison tho it is still bad but not as much that is the head counselor..." So when the judge found out about him not hurting anyone midway, the guy got sent to a better prison which is good and he never escape again because one:he felt safe and two:he no longer have motivation "even if he have one,he doesn't want to" and also he was able to redeem himself all the way to only four months and he is free)
Not to mention that Storm pinned her all the way to the wall coming off the final turn in the Florida 500. And if RSN is smart they should have storm suspended for three races.
I wouldn't consider Storm a criminal tbh. Yes he pushed Vruz into a wall but thats just unfair nascar racing. Its wrong yes, but its not a criminal charge imo. Racers wreck each other on purpose alot and thats considered part of the "game". Storm is just a cocky and unfair racer at most.
did you guys notice this easter egg in cars 3? in the movie storm has two yellow lines on his rear (they appear at 7:37) which in nascar shows that the driver is a rookie (storm joined later in the movie so he could be considered a rookie)
For the defamation charge, that one would probably not stick in court, as for a charge of defamation, I believe you have to have serious reputational and/or monetary loss. Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I do believe that Miles Axlerod would be found not guilty of defamation, considering that defamation is hard to prove. Much less would he get a charge of 50 years for it.

From the first movie. Additionally he has to pay for the damages.
4:13 the death sentence is cancelled out because he is British and it is banned to be given a death sentence
I agree with you 💚😊
Note as some countries like Japan will allow you to still redeem yourself even if when you have a life sentence (I watch a youtuber who told a real story about where a man escaped the harder prison in 4 ways in 2 of which relates to a miso soup?! "That is because since they tend to be salty because the guards a bad at the higher level....
McQueen WAS charged for wrecking the road and wreckless driving but a silly Porche manipulated the judge to force him to fix the road
He was about to be set free because Doc deem him not worth it.
Not to mention that Storm pinned her all the way to the wall coming off the final turn in the Florida 500. And if RSN is smart they should have storm suspended for three races.
the whole ass town held mcqueen hostage in cars 1
Was more like community service
@@onedarnsandyboi1844true and they had evidence to prove why he is held there
Yeah. They weren't holding him hostage.
you kinda missed terrorism via bomb threat on mater
Okay but how and when did they even place the bomb on Mater without him knowing?
I wouldn't consider Storm a criminal tbh. Yes he pushed Vruz into a wall but thats just unfair nascar racing. Its wrong yes, but its not a criminal charge imo. Racers wreck each other on purpose alot and thats considered part of the "game". Storm is just a cocky and unfair racer at most.
You're also forgetting the near murder of Lightning McQueen in the beginning of Cars 3. That would be considered 1st degree manslaughter.
What are u talking about? Nothing like that happens
Don’t forget when Jackson Storm slammed Cruz into the wall. I would consider that Assault and Battery.
But good thing that i am still on freedom 😂
putting Jackson Storm on here is absolutely stupid, thats literally racing. getting in peoples head it part of racing
☝️ basically this
Your putting bullies with aggravated assault charges up against straight up global terrorists
did you guys notice this easter egg in cars 3? in the movie storm has two yellow lines on his rear (they appear at 7:37) which in nascar shows that the driver is a rookie (storm joined later in the movie so he could be considered a rookie)
8:45 he commited 3 crimes not 2 you forgot that he also slammed Cruz Ramirez to the wall while racing
Driver At 0:50 be like: this is fine.
you forgot the professor killed the agent in the intro of cars 2, yes that box is an agent he crushed
It's surprising that Chick Hicks isn't doing anything wrong.
It's not a crime to play dirty in sports.
Not if you cheat in a race
@@DaJettz
But what he did was Attempted Murder.
He purposely send the King crashing through that infield that could've killed him.
They can prove it
Disney villains:
I DESTROY THE WHOLE WORLD
Jackson storm:
I'm faster then lightning McQueen. #lightningMcQueen
Chick was the classic “the antagonist represents the protagonist when they were an asshole” because Lightning started out not much better than him. He may not have been as deliberately destructive, but he was still selfish and dismissed his crew.
Very interesting!
I believe tires are the equivalent of shoes in this universe.
You forgot about Mr. Sterling because I researched it and it said that he’s a villain
Tbh I think Chick purposely bumping into the king could be concidered attempted murder.
Uh high treason is a crime and under U.S law will give miles axelrod a death penalty not a life sentence
Great video, great job Misaki & Verfriend ENG! You rock! Great speech about villains from the Cars Movie Sequel, you should be proud of yourself for making that great video and speech about the villains in those movies! 👌👍
The other villains that were in the Cars sequel movies are Grem & Acer from Cars 2, and Mr.Sterling from Cars 3.
2:41 umm, tires in Cars are the equivalent of shoes in irl
Sir Miles Axlerod and Professor Zündapp won’t think about what they did because they are both Pure Evil villains.
I don’t think Jackson Storm’s crimes were really legal crimes, more just violations of NASCAR’s rules. This is mostly bad sportsmanship.
Zündapp have bri’ish dental care
bro you forgot to add the part where he pushed king off the track.
cars 2 is the single greatest disney pixar movie ever made
Axelrod is doing with the Democrats are doing with the vaccine
Don’t forget Grim and Acer who crushed a car into a cube I don’t know what the human version of that is but I can guarantee it is likely extremely illegal
Maybe Murder or Manipulation of the body? Idk?
Yet in the real world, that crushing someone elses car could be property damage
Its murder.
Frank should have at least one week in prison for assault and get banned from racing for 3 years
I’d love to see Finn McMissile and Holley take on Jackson Storm and Chick Hicks.
they are spies, not racers, so they technically can't do that.
They were mere bullies, so they won’t be their enemies.
a life sentence and death sentence is insane
Sir Miles Axlerod got caught and busted in the end.
Chick nearly murdered The King, instant life sentence 😎
I know. This is a kids movie but his execution is crush by The machine burn or left at sea
Who’s execution
Offense level 44 offense for professor Z because he done 7 severe crimes which is life imprisonment or death penalty
Cars are probably like some kind of Robot with Human Consciousness
honestly rod redline was a very important factor for the movie
Boost, Wingo, DJ & Snot Rod.
You forgot so many crimes which makes it even worse
If what was said abt Storm was true then no driver would be racing in nascar anymore, I’m sure that’s happened to almost every driver at least once haters will always exist), besides it’s standard for drivers to keep cussing at each other everytime they make contact.
Jackson Storm's only crime for me is pinning Cruz Ramirez against the barriers which is assault
You forgot 2 things, firstly, the blue agent car dies from his engine exploding. Which means the engine is essentially the heart of the cars. And you also forgot about agent leland turbo, who mr monacle over here crushed
The punishment for Attemped mass murder, mass torture and Treason is 3 death sentences.
Actually Miles Axelrod had secret treason❗️
So you just gonna ignore the attempted murder by Chick Higgs in the first movie against King?
It's not a crime, happens alot in Nascar. They would either get a disqualification or penalties.
@@DaJettz
Its literally attempted murder.
The cars are the poeple in the Cars universe, and Chick purposely send the King crashing through the infield that could've killed him.
And don't forget that wreck in the first race that caused a lot of harm to other racers and could've also died.
