- Jean Carlos Zarzuela, 30, is facing a felony assault charge stemming from Saturday's alleged attack. The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK. CBS New York's Jessica Moore reports.
He was arrested on April 9th for hitting & breaking the nose of an elderly woman and let out on no bail, dropping the assault charge to a misdemeanor. That poor 9yr old kid. He should've been in jail! His address is a shelter- big surprise.
